So far I've been a huge fan. My Best Buy Plus has saved us a good chunk of money on some appliances we bought and has a few other perks that I've enjoyed. For now, I'm looking forward to continuing my membership.

This Membership, his value that cannot be beat. Right after I became a member I used the service and saved over $200

The membership is a real deal especially when used in combo with the phone app. You get notifications on deal drops; you get a longer return window; you get a longer window for matching price drops.

Not worth the annual fee. You show up to buy something and you get very little in terms of discount. Points from past purchases are deleted too soon. Any benefit of a longer return privilege is offset by being treated badly when returning an item. Amazon.com has what I need at same or better price, doesn't hassle me over returns and doesn't delete earned credits. Due to mistreatment during a recent return at the store, I will not be buying anything from BB for a very long time and, actually, have cancelled the membership and requested that my account be deleted.

This membership is a pretty darn good value I get bonuses each day and each week for discounts. I also get notifications for extra rebates and protection plans. Overall it's pretty darn good value for $50 considering it was attached to the laptop I bought. Noise

I use the Best Buy membership constantly I shop at Best Buy very often and I have saved a lot of money.

The store representative was very informative and explained the benefits of the membership as it applied to my purchases at the time and future purchases.

After being a Best Buy member for so many years, this upgrading membership is worth, not only as a recognition to loyalty to the store but to me as a customer. The advantages, like better offers, guidance, and protection plans over a regular membership, add a great value to it.

I didnt really use the membership other than buying a laptop when I signed up.

I purchased my new laptop at the store and the store associate that sold me the laptop, recommended I buy their membership due to the perks I get with it. Somehow, purchasing this membership also saved me a bit of money with the current purchase than without buying it. So it was a no brainer.

Best investment I’ve made with Best Buy. Not only do I get access to discounts for members, but the extended refund and exchange window allows me to save money when an item I purchased within two months goes on sale. I would say this membership has paid for itself 3 times over.

This membership shall come in handy in the future to get my next iPad!

Have mixed feelings on why I need this after being a loyal customer for many, many years, but after about a year, it pays for itself if buying from BestBuy regularly with discounts only accessible to members, it's usually cheaper than other online and retail stores.
