Although you do recieve some discounts. I’m not sure if it’s totally worth it. The main selling point is the additional warranty.

I just had a best buy stereo installed in my classic chevy pickup. Sebastian did a fantastic job and it looks and sounds great! I couldnt be more pleased. He was knowledgeable and finished early

Offers are very confusing and lack information. eg. $50 bonus reward when you spend $500. Tried to use this and shopped from the message but did not see this show up when I went to check out. Is this the offer or will I still get my regular rewards? I did not check out because I was worried that I would not get it.

Doesn’t seem like the benefit is really worth the cost. Saving opportunities are almost non-existent for what I purchase at the store. The only perk is free expedited shipping, and that isn’t used much.

I had to purchase all new appliances and the membership helped me make this affordable.

Salesman obviously didn’t know what he was doing. Told us we should get it delivered in 2-3 days; a week later we called to find out it had never been ordered! Picked it up at the store; merchandise is fine, but the salesman obviously didn’t do his job, and didn’t explain things well.

I love getting the peace of mind of protection on items purchased. I haven’t had to use it yet but happy I have in if the need arises.

This membership was awesome best decision in my life actually second to getting married!! I love this membership perks 60 day back return is nice!!! Also service there is awesome they help right away and you save money on different items too just being a member I love it

We Purchased a LG 55" TV with Sound Bar with the installation on our wall. The Best Buy crew came in and did an excellant job putting it together. They even set-up the sound bar and TV to work off our original remote, Great Job Best Buy!

Store location is great but customer service is poor shirt staff is a problem have to wait very long before i could get any help with pricing one employee told me he is off the clock and geting ready to go anothe employee told me he is trying to find some one that is available this was not good.
