Loving the old return policy returned. Not loving the fact that you have to buy into it now. However I will say getting discounts on products on top is a great benefit and the drops are nice too

The value of the membership is great for the savings and the option for bonus points/pay off purchases over time. I haven't used the geek squad support yet, but it is great to have that option too.

This membership is a really good deal it will give you great prices i got it one day and on the next i saved 100 dollars on a phone that paid fot it self

I was pleasantly surprised when I took my laptop in to get it repaired. I am new to the Best Buy Plus membership. The geeks were so knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. And the bonus was that it did not cost me anything for the service. So glad I have this protection!

I feel like this was a rip off. I was talked into purchasing because I needed to transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone, which I was led to believe would be worth the cost. It was extremely easy and was not necessary at all.

So far worth every penny. I saved $30 the day day I got it which paid for 1/2 cost from day one. The fact that you can buy 2 Nintendo Switch games and get 1 FREE that right there is worth it in one purchase not counting the other benefits. Forget Amazon I’m buying all my electronics from here from now on.

Utilized BB Plus to get sizable discount and actually used the extended return window of 60 days for an appliance that wasn't working to our satisfaction. Wouldn't have save $$ or had the opportunity to return something near the 60 day timeframe without the BB Plus.

Decided to get the membership during Black Friday after realizing the cost of it and the savings ended cancelling each other out, giving me a free 1 year sub. I like how I get an extended return gap for most devices in case they don’t work or meet my expectations at home! Totally worth it
