Called BB and big time wasted!! Drove 45 min to the nearest store! With the help of two of the guys there my Apple iphone was fixed and I bought an iPad Pro. EXCELLENT service from both!!!!

This is a need to have. Some times a product isn’t what you thought it was or maybe you just need more time to be able to return to a best buy location the Best Buy membership is a need to have

When I was buying a dryer last year the sales rep convinced to sign up for this membership which I didn't want to do in the first place, I was told my card would not be automatically charged for renewal. In fact the sales rep guaranteed me that woudnt happen & told me that he "put it in the system, not to renew membership". Fast forward to this year MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR RENEWAL WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR MY KNOWLEDGE!!! SO NOT ONLY DID THE SALES REP LIE BUT BEST BUYS SALES TACTICS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN SCAMMED. To make things worse, THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME SHOPPING AT BEST BUY. Few years ago Geek Squad did this EXACT SAME THING & CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! I actually used to like going & shopping at Best Buy, but now I have completely lost all trust in Best Buy. I am very disappointed how Best Buy treats customers by essentially lying & manipulating its customers.

I was buying a major appliance and immediately got the benefits of my Best Buy Plus membership. It made a difference with the appliance and the extended warranty.

The guy at the electronics department was great. His many years with Bestbuy has filled him with so much helpful knowledge. He went above and beyond to help me buy my tv, once Bestbuy increases my spending limit I will be going back for the surround sound.

I’ve saved at least a couple hundred dollars already in the short time I’ve had my membership. I was looking to buy a new MacBook Pro and just missed the membership deal on it. I’m hoping another one pops up soon.

Best Buy has a great selection of products to buy and great prices the app. Is easy to navigate and buy products every thing that i have ordered came on time or a day early they let you know when its shipped and delivered what more could ask for and great prices would recommend Best Buy to everyone.

This membership has been a good value. We buy a lot of stuff from Best Buy and the additional savings have added up. The other benefits are nice to have but I have not had any experience with using them yet.

I bougth a Sansun A-15 Cellular, but a representative did not provide me other choices to purchase similar or better equality of cells e.g. better camera or other futures. In my opinion, your seller representatives' should get more trained and become experts in the field.

We had recently bought a new tv and got the $49 membership. Two weeks later we got new iPhones and upgraded to the total membership with protection for the phones and it included Apple care.

I usually don't sign up for memberships for most things but after seeing some of the deals I've got in the last few months, it's safe to say that the membership is totally worth it.

This membership works wonders. The prices are reasonable.
