i was able to make a return with no hassle and no stocking charges. It was smooth and it made returning my item that I purchased 60 days prior very easy.

It's OK, but short sighted of Best Buy to abolish the prior rewards tiers and now have to pay for it. If it wasn't for the $0.01 additional for the membership that re-writing the order messed it up on both the Best Buy and Citi Bank side. Time will tell if I renew, but about only benefit was the return of the extended time to return that I enjoyed with the prior program as I definitely don't need Tech support, being a tech troubleshooter for friends and family.

Bought my fit bit and the following week it went on sale, so I took it back and was refunded the amount back to my CC.

This membership is amazing especially for the price, I love tech and anything and everything BestBuy offers so having the store in the palm of my hand is a most and it’s awesome!!!

The membership has a real value. I bought a frame tv and the price went down after more than a month of owning it and I was still able to get a refund because of my BestBuy plus membership.

If you frequently buy items from Best Buy, then Plus membership is worth it. Plus membership has expanded my return window to 60 days and given me access to exclusive insider sales and early access to sales. I have found this to be useful and worth the membership cost for me.

This membership really was worth it. I had recently purchased a laptop and it stopped charging. It was in the 30 to 60 day window after purchase. The BB Plus Membership gets you a 60 day return policy. I went back to the store and they just swapped mine out for a new one. Great customer service!

Purchase was made along with a 75in tv to extend the price match guarantee. So far this set has been great and not been on sale. I don't see the value of this product at this point.

I like knowing that I can always get help with my APPLE phone or MacBook, if I get into trouble on line.
