The membership is great! We have made numerous appliance purchases at Best Buy and have had minimal problems but always nice to know that we have added protection through our membership!

Love the membership and the benefits that come with it.

This was a no brainer purchase. If you decide to purchase more than 1 big ticket purchase- I.e. camera, TV, washer/Dryer. You will be covered. Purchase a total membership and it like having an extended warranty for all your purchases.

With the price match guarantee and the included coverage on all purchases its truly a no brainer! The membership pays for itself especially if you are making a large purchase like I was, a TV and sound system! Its a great value.

To be honest, I've only purchased a handful of things while having the membership. We just purchased a new refrigerator and saw the instant benefits. I'm excited to return and save more.

I purchased the membership because I was told it included a price guarantee for 90 days. Later, when I went back to the store to receive a $100.00 credit, I was told the guarantee had expired. I'm very disappointed!!!!!!!

No real perks to this, just a way to get more money from customers, no exclusivity beyond what any other customers can have for waiting in line like everyone else. No real reason to renew.

Absolutely love the customer service with Best Buy. Other options for sure but they have my business. 2 major appliances in last year and both time’s everything went flawless!

Membership values are great and also love the free shipping right to your doorstep. Have not tried the geek squad yet but I'm sure they're very helpful. Black Friday deals are on par with other stores and hopefully they price match.

It has been a pleasure and it was worth the money. I was able to get the sale price on an item that I had purchased before the sale and get back the difference which paid for the membership. I love getting the recommendations from the BB team. It is definitely worth it.
