If you shop at Best Buy a lot, even only a few times a year, I would highly recommend getting a Total membership!

My new TV costing $4,399 failed in the first 18 days. Without this membership I would not be able to return the TV. I did not return the TV to Best Buy because the manufacturer wanted the TV back to go to their lab for testing.
