The 60 days of return window and price match are very nice to have. Other than that I have not really redeemed any other benefits.

I used to get benefit of the 60 day return window for free with the now defunct elite plus membership program. I got this when there was a half back promotion. Got a good price on am album and have bought a couple of things with the security of the return window. If this wasn't provided free in the past, it would be a good deal.

Good value since I signed up when buying a fridge to save $250 thr membership was basically free.

We're not inclined toward 'service contracts,' but this is so much more than that. A "Geek" came to our home to resolve an issue and he was absolutely above and beyond our expectations. We've gotten more value than the cost of membership already!

Went into Best Buy to purchase the new Arlo pro 4 to replace the older Arlo model and was greeted by a very friendly clerk. She explained and promoted the membership which was very beneficial when I made my purchase with the membership discount.

I lowered my membership to this level because you took away many perks from the Best Buy Total level - particularly free installation and free haul away. That isn't a great way to keep your members happy.
