Ive always been afraid of getting this membership but after buying more pricey items and not needing the warranty because its all worth it in the price.

If all the "memberships" I have, My Best Buy Plus membership is by far the one I get the most out of. I'm glad to have the Geek Squad support, even when I'm purchasing big ticket items. And during the holidays, having this membership makes a HUGE difference!

I like this plan as it gives me access to special deals and the free 2 day shipping.

It’s difficult for me to evaluate this service as I haven’t had to use it yet.

No where near as good as GCU & the deals are rarely appealing & the only one that does appeal to me is the B2G1F Switch games but even that's tedious in that it's only available at seemingly random times & it being limited to just Switch games is annoying as a Playstation & Xbox player.

The membership I purchased with Best Buy was a 100% worth it. The money I saved the first time I used it paid for the membership itself. I have saved hundreds on tv and appliances purchases. I would recommend this service to any and everyone.

Membership is a good value at the plus level, but not worth it to me for the hire level. I break even when buying a warranty for appliances through Best Buy or other stores if I go with a 5 year plan. The membership lets you do 2 on everything you buy with no extra expense. If you're planning to buy a lot from Best Buy then the upgraded plan is worth it.

Purchased 11sonos speakers & 2 amplifiers. Than the app soured for the next year. Bought four eeros internet boosters (had trouble with them) only to be told a year later that they didn’t work that well. There was now a new product that worked much better. Just bought a 65” Sonos TV only to be told that it would take a month before someone could come out to set it up for me. What good did the “Best Buy Plus” do me? I’m out looking for someone else to help me with the TV. DISAPPOINTED…!

The Best Buy Plus Membership is a great value. I have saved so much already, and am looking forward to using my membership even more for the value it offers.

I like the fact that a lot of charges are not added for delivery and connection fees.
