I was expecting more from this membership but it barely did anything for me. The deals fluctuate year round and sometimes repeat a few months later, so not much of a deal. Sometimes, deals will actually be better at other competitor sites. My biggest complaint is that I don't get points for making all this purchases, so what exactly is the point of this membership? Also, some of my orders will get canceled without any notification and will disappear on my account. I expected BB customer service to help during these situations, but the majority of the time they can't even do anything and will just give me generic answers. BB will price match without a membership, so once again, no point of paying $50 annually. I also don't get any notification for restocked items or new items - I thought memberships were supposed to give us that advantage? I highly doubt that I'll renew this membership.

Purchased a new iPad and transferred my music over from my old iPad to my new one. My music never transferred over. I am not a happy camper.

The membership has paid for itself in the first 5 months so everything I purchase now is instantly discounted and the savings begin. Worth the up-front price if you purchase from Best Buy often!

We just experienced a number of power surges that required us to replace a number of electronics and having this Plus membership has made the replacements a bit less painful with the pricing break. It was a good purchase for us.

The membership does not have many benefits that can be called “usefull” but considering that in ONE big purchase you can get back the whole ammount of the membership back as a discount, it just does not sound so bad to have it around.
