I didn't need that feature as I just YouTube most of my how to options. Love getting the discounts though as the staff is so knowledgeable

I tend to buy here and there but not all the time. And I don't have time to be pricing things out at other stores. So if you have patience and can find an item cheaper somewhere other than BestBuy, then utilizing the membership can help. Just not for me.

Since I shop here often for TVs, phones, laptops, and car systems, it only made sense for me to purchase

As I read the particulars of the plan, I decided to purchase. The best part of this plan was the 2 day shipping, which I did not get with my purchase. It took a week to get my purchase. There was no explanation, just “we’re sorry”. I will not renew this plan nor will I upgrade. I would not recommend.

And I ended up loving the product so now I have it as a plus
