I can't log in, it doesn't recognize any of my email addresses. I purchased a dish washer and the person helping me signed me up for the account.

I don't plan on renewing it, and would only get it again if I would save more than the cost of the membership. I much preferred the membership level based on how much you spend at Best Buy and on the Best Buy credit card.

At lter date when I went into the store to look for an accessory for my tablet, I was told - "Go look on Amazon". The service people didn't know the meaning of service.

I was never asked or told or even mentioned that it was a yearly membership i was paying for that i would have to continue to pay. Overall, bad encounter and service at that store
