Bad customer service

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was told i was being charged a fee for a service to transfer my data from one phone to another at the cell service department. I was never asked or told or even mentioned that it was a yearly membership i was paying for that i would have to continue to pay. Overall, bad encounter and service at that store

I got my money worth already. hopefully there more benefits down the line.

They state just contact them for price comparison and you kind of get the run around. You do not save any extra on things like installs. Really doesn't do much.
