After I buy a laptop every couple of years I don't return to best buy until I need another. I did receive a slight discount on my last laptop because of buying the membership. If you frequent best buy I believe it could be of value and save you money.

Lots more to it today, than before. But it went perfectly! The membership saved me money and time. I will be renewing next year!

When we were trying to buy for our second home, Best Buy kept sending deliveries to our main address in another state. The first time may have been my mistake, but the second was definitely theirs. I had to go to a competitor to get what I needed in time.

Wife jist wanted what we came for and wanted to go. Between the poor customer service and the forced membership I just wanted to leave. Won't be back, will buy elsewhere.
