I love the service, but I’ve gotten from Best Buy. I’ve been more than happy and they’ve been there with their prices and any adjustments that I may see later on the price.

The bonuses and flexibility with returns is valuable.

This membership is great. I get great discounts on my online purchases and in store purchases. And knowing that my purchases are backed by 2 year protection plan is a plus.

Having the Best Buy membership allows you to see pre sales items and you have 2 months to get a price adjustment if the item goes on sale. In addition you have a longer return period.

I purchased an upgrade MacBook Air, from the 13 inch to the 15 inch model. I was initially led to believe that I could do a trade-in for my 13 inch but later after the purchase I learned that you do not take recent models. I bought the 13 inch from you in June, and now I am not able to trade it in. I called your 888 number, and I was not able to get a human being. I am very frustrated and disappointed. The sales person was excellent, Larry treated me very well. It’s just that you have a policy regarding recent purchases, which I don’t understand. It seems having the plus membership doesn’t really make any difference to me.

I never use the membership, and quite frankly didn’t know I had it that being said I couldn’t be a good judge on how the service is.
