Saved money on my macbook air. Plus received extended return window

I recently discovered that I was charged for a Best Buy Plus membership—something I never asked for or agreed to. It turns out the cashier added it during checkout without my consent, which is incredibly frustrating and feels very dishonest. Since being unknowingly signed up, I haven’t seen any real benefits from having this membership. No noticeable savings, perks, or exclusive deals that would justify the extra cost.

The Best Buy Plus membership is a complete game-changer for any tech enthusiast or frequent shopper. The main advantage is the exclusive member pricing, which often beats regular discounts—perfect for saving on expensive products! Additionally, free standard shipping on almost everything is a huge perk, especially for online purchases. While it doesn't include all the benefits of the Totaltech membership, like installation, Plus is an excellent choice if you're looking for substantial discounts and free shipping without the added cost of other services. Totally recommend it if you shop at Best Buy regularly!

The Samsung Bespoke 29 Cu. Ft. 4-Door Flex Refrigerator looks amazing in white glass and has tons of space. I love the Family Hub+ screen and the internal cameras—they’re actually useful for checking groceries. Cooling performance has been great so far. The only downside is the ice maker, which can be inconsistent at times. Overall, a stylish, modern fridge with lots of smart features.

Products I buy are radios and movies as well as cameras.

This membership gave me significant rewards on my recent monitor purchase. Note that the rewards will all be in store credit. The extended return window has already come in handy.

I was skeptical at first, but really impressed a couple months in. In-store salesperson recommended the membership for multiple reasons, not the least of which was the extended price match guarantee. I had bought two LG OLED C4's so the price points were pretty high and any price reduction would more than pay for the BB+ membership. Sure enough, the prices fell. I returned to the store with my receipt expecting a hassle, but the staff credited my account with the price difference AND applied some of the rewards dollars I had accrued from the original purchase. I was so delighted, I bought a new printer with some of my savings! The Geek Squad guys who did the TV install were terrific as well. Really impressed overall.

This membership is an overall good value, especially when I purchased mine on a deal that essentially made the first year free. I love having better deals constantly at my fingertips, knowing I can search for my desired product on Best Buy and likely beat prices elsewhere. There are extended return windows, which is nice. The only issue I have with this is that the extended return window for Plus and Elite members is no different from standard members when it comes to products you activate. Since this is a large electronics store, I am assuming this applies to a great deal of their products. Due to this, I find that I’ll miss out on the opportunity to price match and save $100. This isn’t a terrible peeve and doesn’t devalue what this does offer, but I do believe that this should provide an extension over the non membership return window.

We have made good use of our Best Buy Plus membership on several occasions and found it to be well worth the membership fees. It is a great way to support one's technology purchases, knowing that one's purchases nets double the value each time, in terms of product . It's a smart choice.

Anytime I have purchased something from Best Buy, I have been very impressed. Our last purchase was a 65 inch OLED television. Free delivery and only $50 to take our previous TV! The year before, I purchased an automatic starter for my car through the Geek Squad! The best thing for these cold winter mornings! The customer service is superior.

wow! a no brainer as phones always need help ,plus to know you can add your home computer on this policy a no brainer. and Cameda let me know my apple laptop is also covered, Cam explained how we will return this laptop to add it on the correct purchase date.PS will not go to see geeks inless its Cam..
