I did not benefit from this membership. I was told it would be very helpful for me for returning items or buying new ones and accessing deals. I find that Best Buy oversells you and under delivers. I was also lied to about returns in the past which made me get this. I have not felt the prices justified more purchases with this membership and i dont want to be upsold in the store to go ask questions.

This membership is real value as it gives you discounts for the price reduction made with in 60days of purchase

Got it mostly for the bigger discounts (online only), and it's nice to have for the little convenience it comes with. If you love electronics then this is highly recommended.

It was a waste of money. It has not benefited me in any way. I regret allowing myself to be talked into it. The sales pitch was totally misleading. As a result, Best Buy has lost a customer.

Worth the price for extended protection. It will keep the products or items you buy at least covered for 2 months.

The Deals and Discounts you receive with these memberships used to be available to everyone. Now you pay to receive discounts like Wholesale Clubs. Nothing special, always price match whenever you can.

Have been getting some great offers after signing up for the Best Buy plus membership, some deals have been super great, glad I finally signed up for the yearly membership

I mean free shipping great and u get member discount and u can cancel anytime the only downside is no geeksquad with this plan u need the ultimate plan to get that.

its like stacking deals. I bought a laptop on sale and then got the membership price, plus all the additional perks such as extended return period etc.. Great investment.

This membership has been well worth the money. We were able to get refunds as the prices dropped on the items we purchased. We’ve also gotten prices on new items.

Everything that was offered to me were all great. I will definitely recommend this to my family and friends.

I like the concept but I’m not really seeing the value 2-months in. Maybe once the holiday shopping season begins we’ll see more exclusive deals but so far it has not been anything to get really excited about.

Best thing I’ve invested in for electronic purchases

It was of great value. But when I bought the Plus membership I was not offered the Total membership by the Pacific Sales store which was bad.

Member prices plus unlimited Geek Squad support sold me on this!
