    One of the features is being able to record at 60 frames and when it in 60 frames, the video quality was so bad, it was not recording consistently and I get black screen sometimes when watching the record files. So I had to set it to 30 frames for it to record smoothly and consistently. Thank goodness I discovered this early so I can bring it back for a refund! Definitely a software issue but I'm still returning it and go with another brand.

    You really can’t go wrong with a dash cam in today’s world. I wish I had a dash cam when I got in a car accident and the other person said it was my fault, even though he ran into me. Cops don’t come out if there are no injuries. Now prove to your insurance company and his that you were not at fault. Do yourself a favor and get one!

    I bought the similar Yi dash cam from YI.com and it works great! Then I saw this cheap deal from bestbuy.com and decided to buy one for my wife. The dash cam arrived with a dead internal battery and won't keep the time and date. I'm returning this dash cam to Best Buy and buying it again straight from the manufacturer.

    After reading many reviews of this cam, I had high hopes. Only for them to be dashed. This thing is a piece of junk, doesn't keep the date & time at all. It also keeps going to the time/date screen instead of showing me what the camera is looking at. Returning it.

    Everytime I have to reset day and time dash cam because its can't keep the data.I search Google ab out this problem and they said the battery is defected....this is straight out of the box

    Not worth the purchase stopped receiving charge after almost a year I would recommend buying a different more expensive to run more higher quality dash cam
