Simple fun platformer. Yoshis crafted world is fun and at time tedious, if you want to collect all items in game, but is overall worth the price

I never really played any of the Yoshi games, but this one seemed fun so I went and bought it. It is a fun game, but the price is a bit too great for what you actually get. The graphics, music, environments etc. are all great. The gameplay is fun, but getting the souvenirs (find x object(s) in this level) after beating all the levels in a world is repetitive. Overall, it’s good, but just know you will play the same levels a few times each even after finding the level’s existing collectibles.

yoshi is a good game but not as fun as mario. i would still recommend it because my son is having fun gulping down enemies.

I had pretty high expectations for this since I loved 100%ing Wooly World. This is a good game but didn't click with me as much as WW did.

This is a great game. Its not too hard nor is it too easy. You have to get a certain amount of flowers on each level. So far, I haven't gotten them all. This is the best game that switch has, next to Zelda. I would suggest that everyone that has a switch to get this game.

The game is not very challenging and very repetitive.

This game is so much fun, no matter the age you can sit back and relax and have fun playing the game. It’s not too easy and nor too hard. Great game in between and the art work in this game is amazing crafted design and it’s has so many fun adventures to go on and play.

at this where everybody is hunkered down and staying at home we need to get close to our kids and share with them a time of fun.

The game is fun and adorable, but it’s not quite as charming as wolly World. The most lacking aspect in my opinion was the music, it’s just the same song remixes 20 times (and that’s not a joke). The visuals are cute and charming, but sometimes when the level starts the camera is really zoomed in which cause the textures to look muddy. I can’t deny that the game is fun, and for that I’m very happy. But those flaws hold it back from being great

The game play is fun and challenging. The levels are Immersive and 4-D. Movement in all directions adds to the challenge. Playing as different colors is fun but could be better if each color had unique powers. For fans of MARIO games this game is a great addition!

I bought this game for my daughter. She likes it but it's a little too expensive for the level of graphics and the simplicity of it all.

Its fun, easy to control. its kinda easy, the art style is geared toward kids, but you know, there is fun to be had.

well, is the yoshi game and what can go wrong with it? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG so go get this classic and better if you can catch it on sale

Game seem like they cut corners. I was disappointed in graphic qnd art style of the game was very cheap feeling. I was expecting a lot better graphics and art style. Going back to Yoshi's story on Nintendo 64 I like to playing the game it has been an interesting art style as well as the graphics for the time. I think the game would be better if they had better graphics and art style and especially on the switch.

Yoshi's Island for the SNES is my favorite game of all time. Every subsequent entry in the franchise has been FINE. Including the Wii U's Woolly World. However, this newest entry is easily the best since the series' inception. Highly recommended.

Such a fun game! Love it! I remember playing this game on the Nintendo ds when it first came out and it’s every bit as fun if not more.

I read lots of reviews about how fun this game is for adults but I disagree. Maybe if you are new to gaming and you dont like to be challenged, but it is very simplistic. I would play this game if I was on the phone and needed something mindless to do while being fully engaged in a conversation... It is cute and somewhat entertaining but I will probably try to sell it to someone with a child new to gaming.

Nintendo is always great, but really my thing. I thought I'd like it more than I did.

If you've played Yoshi games in the past it's the same style of gameplay but you're adding a sort of 3D element which makes it a lot of fun and all the detail makes it really appealing. You'll appreciate all the creativity put into it. Have fun.
