This game is fun for adults and children. The design is like an arts and crafts world, so it's innocent enough for children but endearing enough for adults.

Good game but gets boring quick, also not worth more than $30

It’s a very cute game based on the lovable character Yoshi. It isn’t a very challenging game, which is fine. It’s more of a hide-and-seek style of play. I loved Yoshi’s Wooly World, and this is a nice continuation of the series. I like the first one better, but I would still recommend this one.

Yoshi proved to be as fun as any other Mario game. The challenging levels, the beautiful art and the lovable characters were everything.

I was told about this game by a friend who said it was full of action. He wasn’t lying because we got hooked the first day we played it. It’s a lot of fun and there are so many things you can do and obtain. If you like the Mario games you will love this one too.

Great Yoshi game. I enjoyed it but, in my opinion, it is a difficult game. I did finish the main story in about a week but I doubt I will ever be able to 100% this game. I would say it is more difficult than Yoshi's Wooly World. Gameplay mechanics work well and I enjoyed the music and visuals.

The game is fun but not as good as the one on Wii U. Pick it up if you like yoshi and cute things

My daughter lovesssss this game. I thought it would be a bit too hard for her at the beginning given the fact that she is only 3. Fortunately, we discovered that it contains an easier mode for her. The 2 player mode made it even more enjoyable.

Pretty good game. Also there are a lot of collectables in this and you might have to repeat some levels.

My daughter loves the Yoshi games and this one is no exception. They're very cute, and not too difficult to get the hang of, yet hard enough to challenge her. This is another great entry in the Mario universe of games--highly recommended, especially for younger gamers!

Picked this up for my 8 year old because she loves Mario. It’s not too hard for her and it’s a very cute game! I love the super cute “crafted” look of the game, too. It’s even a blast when we play together. Would definitely recommend for a younger gamer!

I needed a game to play with my 4 year old and scored with this one. He loves it, controls are fairly simple but the game miss still challenging enough to be enjoyable. You get side missions in flip side for each level which makes this fun to fins things you missed. We love it.

As someone who's played Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Story in the past and loved them both, I recommend this game to any Yoshi fan, or anyone looking for a fun, colorful, lighthearted game with an 'easier' mode.

Purchased during the holidays for $35. Had a blast playing co-op with my wife. Some reviewers have issues with the yoshi "mounting" issue, but we didn't find this to be a problem since we wanted to play together and enjoy a slower pace.

Fun game. Has an easy mode so even small kids will be able to play. As an adult player this still has all of the magical hidden set of goodies, awesome puzzles, challenges as a platform and mules replay ability. All while staying adorable with amazing graphics well done Yoshi!

I thought I might not like the art style of this game, but I don't notice it one way or the other. I'm using joy cons in each hand, and it's easy to control. Compared to 3DS it's easier to aim eggs. Maybe too easy since it locks on your target. But it's fun, a must have for Yoshi fans.

I haven't played a dedicated Yoshi game since SNES. This is pretty good though a bit easy especially in the opening levels. Great learning game for young kids just starting their gaming careers! Later levels are becoming more difficult and puzzles more challenging for older players.

Great game for a younger person. Very cute the way the game is made to look like it’s all cardboard. Love how the same level has two ways to play depending what side of the screen you are on. Puzzles are pretty tame & don’t require a college degree to solve. Fun game for the family. Not too much violence other than eating the bad guys & spitting them out as bullets. But pretty tame for children.
