Recommended by the store rep for my 13 & 14 year olds. This game was made for young chidren. We ended up giving it away after playing it once.

I was looking for a game to compliment all the Mario games I've beaten and I stopped playing this game after 20 min of boredom. Might be fun for 9/10 or younger

Well, despite what I wrote on the headline, it shouldn't come to a surprise just how good this game is. Going to cut straight to saying how smooth the game runs, how easy it is to pick up and play, and how fun it is to go through each course discovering secrets on the background that you can throw eggs at. The game's story feels a little silly, but the gameplay is where this jewel shines the brightest. One thing I did not like is that Yoshi turns enemies into eggs instantly after eating them. No longer can you catch an enemy in your mouth and use it as a weapon, or for amusement purposes. Bright, colorful, pretty; the game's graphics help it shine even brighter, but then... some of the musics in this game are... childish. I understand that's the point of the game, but there still hasn't been a Yoshi game that could match the first Yoshi's Island soundtrack. It had a great balance of childish and fun without seeming too focused on sounding like a record at a kindergarten. Despite that, the music is still good, and there are some that are, to my picky hearing, perfect; like the music for ghost/dark levels, or the desert/cowboy themed music tracks, but the best track is the final boss' track, which almost matches the feeling of epicness felt when fighting the final boss on the first Yoshi's Island. If you love platforming adventure games, you are going to LOVE Yoshi's Crafted World, as it is quite addictive and fun to play; I could not put it down until I finished the game almost fully. I say almost because the post game content is pretty big, and somewhat exhausting. Those challenge levels forced me to play on Casual Mode. Thankfully you can switch difficulty whenever you want without punishing you. And if you want more challenge, make sure you search for every collectible on every level. I recommend this game to anyone! It is that much fun!

Yoshi is a fun game to play. It is a co op game. It will be fun.

Another great Yoshi's outing. Big, sprawling, and more about COLLECTING than platforming, which I love! It's like Pikmin marrying Mario! Those who say this game is easy have not gotten all the flowers. Which is the proper way to actually beat this game. Credits rolling does not = beating the game. Get all the flowers or miss out on how challenging this game can get. Some of the new levels the open up are A+ platform level in difficulty. Trying to clear those AND getting all the flowers, OMG! And, I read some complaints about the bosses: the DOJO Puzzle Boss was fantastic. One of the best designs of a boss stage ever. It requires true brain power! Collect all the costumes YES. However, I would suggest not using them much as they make the game easier (though Wooly World had something like this too). Overall, a fantastic experience from beginning to end!

Yoshi’s Crafted World is a very entertaining game that both children and adult will love to play. I am and adult female age 44 and I love playing this game! It has puzzles and keeps my mind entertained. The bright colors keep ones attention span on the screen and the cute characters help with the fun. I love that you can pick which Yoshi you would like to use and you can pick easy or normal play which is nice for younger children or adults that have never played before. The game has hours of fun and many different lands to explore. I believe the price is right for the game and that the game is a pg game. I think it is a great game for the entire family and hope once you play it you enough it as much as I have too!

Best game coop and single player for all ages and very funny game

This game is a lot of fun. It's similar to Toad's Treasure Hunt in that the level design incorporates the player having to navigate in three dimensions in order to uncover secrets hidden by the traditional side-scrolling forced perspective. It's nice to have a relaxed mode in which the enemy aggression is toned down, to keep the younger kids from getting frustrated (or also for some casual gamers like my wife that don't have the reflexes but love everything Yoshi). The only thing I have to say that is negative is that the music is way too repetitive.

Yoshi's Crafted World is such a great follow up to Wooly World for WiiU. Games are so complex and long these days. It's awesome to get a game that's fun and lighthearted and absolutely beautiful.
