    A fun, charming, overly-simple game

The appeal of this is not in the difficulty (it’s incredibly easy), but in the charm of its art design. I’m amazed at the level of creativity it took to design every level in this game. I love it!

Single player is fun but with multiplayer you can piggyback and help your friend aim eggs. My sister and I are clumsy and end up laughing like maniacs as we steal each other's eggs after we dropped them by hopping on the other's back. You can buy a costume coin for a gumball machine full of cute costume armor. I got a cardboard cow box and my sis got a blue gift box. We're only at the beginning but having so much fun.

*Yoshi’s Crafted World* is a charming and creative platformer that really leans into its arts-and-crafts style. The controls feel smooth and responsive, making it easy to enjoy without frustration. Each level introduces a fresh twist or mechanic, so the game avoids feeling repetitive as you move along. 4 stars overall—it’s a fun, lighthearted experience that’s consistently engaging.

I've always been a fan of the Yoshi games going back to the SNES, my favorite being Yoshi's Woolly world on the WII U. This game comes very close to that, needless to say it's excellent! The visual style is amazing, everything looks like cardboard and it's super cute! The sound is great too with good beats and memorable tunes. The only downfall of the game is it's difficulty it's to easy at time. Overall it's an awesome experience!

This generation has no idea what excitement was to play Yoshi with terrible graphics when it was introduced on SNES. The graphics on this game are great, we have not had issues with the game crashing and the colors are vivid. I look forward to playing the game myself, but I am also able to get enjoyment from watching my son play thanks to how Nintendo created the game.

This is like most modern yoshi games. The initial difficulty is very low. The only challenge comes from the extra challenges and collectibles. The art style is amazing on par with wholly world.

So you can not die and you can not lose a level. This is amazing for kids who have trouble with losing or having to start over. You simply die, and are reborn instantly. No harm, no foul. The graphics are very crafted (per the title) and it feels like a kids game, but is satisfying enough for adults... at least for me, when playing with my son. Fun game. Glad I bought it.

This was the first game the kids played when they opened the switch at Christmas. Was a nice, gentle introduction to games. They have since largely moved on, but every once in a while I see them playing this and laughing right along. Beating the "game" is pretty easy, but the challenge is trying to get all the objects (flowers, etc.) in every level.

The game is great overall. Fun and perfect for children with the easier mode, but still engaging enough for older players. Each level packs in enough to engage everyone. The one gripe is the multiplayer functionality. Specifically, “automatically” jumping on your partners back. Read on other forums how horribly frustrating this was and brushed it off. Finally playing it validated everything I had read about it. Not great, but honestly not sure how they cover using that feature for all and not have it too automatic.

My daughter saw this game and she had to have it. Being a dad that enjoys games as well, I got it for her and she loves it. It has and "easy" mode for younger kids and the game itself is fun and geared toward the kids. Although, I enjoy playing it as well and collecting all the items in the game, and there are a lot to collect. It also has a two player co-op mode, but we haven't tried that yet.

I really enjoy all the Yoshi games, as well as the ones that don’t have Baby Mario on Yoshi. This game reminds me of my first Yoshi game, without Baby Mario, on the Nintendo 64. All Yoshi games have been very unique when looking at how they were made. This game is also really calm in a good way.

    A Surprisingly Deep Platformer

Anyone who has played a Yoshi game won't be getting anything revolutionary with this game - it's more of the same, just polished for a more powerful console. That being said, Yoshi's Crafted World is a smart and surprisingly complex platformer that offers up unique platforming and puzzle solving that keeps the game fresh. The Poochy stages unfortunately feel more like a rehash of levels you've already played that were put in just to artificially extend the length of an already short game. The game is short (as to be expected with Yoshi games) but it does a good job of keeping you engaged throughout and I had a lot of fun with it.

Yoshi's Crafted world is super fun and charming. The only downside is the game is a bit easy, but it does have a lot of content in it. It also has multiplayer which adds even more fun!

From the crafted look of everything to the options to play that suit even the youngest players this continues the excellence started with Woolly World but is even better. I love this game and it can either be the most mellow relaxing unstressful thing or a good challenge depending on whether you pick normal or the easy mode and whether you want to just play or collect everything in a level.

Graphics have a nice artistic style and the frame rate during levels is a nice 60 fps. Music is okay, but forgettable. Egg aiming mechanic worse than older Yoshi titles. Requires multiple playthroughs of each level to get all collectibles, of which you use those collectibles as currency to progress to new areas. I'd rate closer to a 3.5/5, but you can't so I rounded up. Not as good as previous in the series, but still an okay platformer. Despite some of the negatives listed, kids and fans of Yoshi should still have a good time with Yoshi's Crafted World.

Decent game, but overly simple and really geared toward the younger audience. Great fun to play with my son as it’s not as intense as some of the other Mario side scrollers.
