Really fun game to play with your significant other. I'm not sure if this is a remake/port of a older game, regardless, I think the $60 price tag is a bit much. I was able to pick it up with GCU. I think it would be a great game for kids.

Loved Wooly World before this, and this improves upon that in my opinion. Not overly difficult as is expected, but very fun!

Whether that's a good thing or not is up to you. Can't give it 5 stars for the following; - It's stupidly easy. Like, really, really easy. Perfect game for 5 year olds. But I'm not 5, so....I guess that's partly my fault. - Music isn't the best, but it's better than YOshi's New Island. Disappointing to fans of the original Yoshi's Island, Impressive to those who've been introduced to Yoshi games with New Island. - No platforming skills are needed. Level design is purely for aesthetic instead of layout. If you are a parent who wants to play a cute, chill game with your kid, this is the perfect game. The perfect intro game for the switch, and fun when playing with friends. However, as a standalone, playing by yourself, it is really disappointing. Have someone play with you, the game's fun increases by 5.

Great game. Graphics are just amazing and the art style is amazing. Awesome addition to the switch collection.

Got this for playing with the kids (5&7) and they really enjoy it. It is fairly easy to play, and there's options to make it even easier with costumes (that act as armor) and even an easy mode that lets you fly. Lots of extra reasons to go back through levels to find hidden items and 100% levels. Recommended for kids and family playing (only 2 players though). Probably not really enough challenge for anyone over 10. Even for Nintendo fans this might be a pass without a beginner gamer to play with. Took about 2 weeks before we finished (not 100%) the story, with playing a few times a week.

I got this because I really enjoyed Yoshi's Wooly World for the 3DS. This one isn't quite the same, but I think it's just as fun!

I absolutely loved Yoshi for Wii U and was excited to get this game and, for the most part, am not disappointed. First off, the game looks absolutely beautiful with a remarkable art style that takes advantage of what the Switch can pull off even though it's not a high-end system like PS4 or Xbox One X. It controls wonderfully, albeit I have to use control scheme B. The levels and bosses I have faced show the care the designers took in creating the game. My only real gripe is that to do everything you have to visit levels multiple times. This can get a little cumbersome and boring on a 3rd or 4th playthrough of a level simply to find a collectible. The levels are great, but not so great or challenging that I want to keep visiting them. Aside from that, it has overall been a fun experience with the game.

this game is really fun and cute and low-stress. the difficulty is more centralized in the end game via collectibles, but overall it is still an enjoyable 10 hour playthrough with very creative level design and memorable art style.

Who doesn't love Yoshi?! This game is awesome!! The looks of it are amazing! So cute.

Woolly World was a great game and this is the perfect successor. Awesome art style and easy controls, super addictive.

The cartoony vibe and ease of use for a 5 year old is great! My son plays for hours and is always entertained!

This game is pretty easy, especially if you're just trying to beat levels. My 6 year old really likes it and it's nice that he doesn't get frustrated with the game. The two player mode can be fun but also annoying sometimes as you accidentally jump onto each other's backs or eat each other (on the flip side, my kid thinks that's hilarious). The collectables add a decent challenge if you're into that kind of thing. The art style is pretty fantastic and the whole game has that really nice Nintendo polish. Would recommend.

Yoshi’s Wooly World was one of my favorite Nintendo games, Yoshi’s Crafty World is the perfect sequel! It takes a little time to get used to playing in both the foreground and background but once you get the hang of it, it’s pretty simple. The levels themselves aren’t too hard but not too easy either, it’s collecting all the coins and flowers and extra things that really make the game super fun and challenging. It’s also super unique and creative, just like Wooly World.

My son loves this game! He is 7 and we play it together sometimes. It is mindless fun with an entertaining and playful style. Reminded me of being a kid making crafts in grade school. They did a great job. My kids did not know what sticky tape was until we played this game. Switch games can be fun even for adults. Me and my son played this for a few hours one day and It was more fun than I would have thought.

This is a great fun entry into the Mario universe. Lots of enjoyment and easy to play with kids if you have them.

Its a solid platformer with fresh ideas that rarely get recycled, however the only downer is the music, its not as good as whooly world but its far better that other previus entries except the original yoshis island game. The musics really not bad though, it just rarely steps outside the main theme, its fittingly atmospheric alot of the time, but you may get a bit tired of the game if you try and run through it all in a week. Take your time with this one, its a chill platformer so dont rush it and youll probably enjoy it. Its not for everyone though and is more on the childish side even moreso than usual. As far as challange goes its not brutal or unfair, there are some segments where i got more than a few game overs but i wasnt pulling out my hair over it or anything.

The Mario franchise cannot lose especially with this hit. My kids love it and in long as it has no violence or blood and the seeing to really enjoyed this game thoroughly then this is the definitely 2 thumbs up from me.
