Don't waste your money... I've flown many Drones, And own 6 right now. Yuncee will not help you if your having Tech problems. Best Buy gets very upset if you have to return it for any reasons. I will not even shop at the Glen Burnie Store in Maryland because the Manager Brian was so rude to me because I had to return 3 malfunctioned Drones that they were not my fault. It was the company that made them. I'll never shop or do business with Best Buy or Yuncee again. Save your money, there terrible Drones. Also the people from Yuncee called me and told me they would replace my Drone that just flew away... Never heard from them again. Ken Kuchera

I was excited to pick up my drone, I though the Typhoon was going to be a high quality system, since it's not cheap, but I was pretty let down. My camera arrived looking used. There are scratches, some minor, but some pretty deep on the camera. The gimbal arm covers are not really aligned, so their are gaps. The photos are pretty soft. I did a basic zoom test, and the quality falls apart pretty quick. A few of my photos had a weird moire pattern that ruined the photos. It took a few attempts to connect, and it took a very long time. -I'm also kinnda upset at how basic the camera is. No long exposure, no HDR, No AEB, no timelapse, no burst mode, no 60 FPS live feed, no live map view.

The camera focus is not set correct, for a camera drone, you will want the focus to be at infinite. Also, the center of all pictures tends to be soft, and the while balance is not good at all. A lot noise when taking picture in low light too. Distortion at edge of picture as well... As conclusion, the camera is not good for aerial photographing, probably that defeats the whole purpose of this product.

I have been an avid drone enthusiast for the last 6-7 years. I have owned the DJI Phantom 2, 3 and Mavic Pro. I purchased my Typhoon H from Bestbuy. When i arrived home, it was clear the unit was used. There was no manual included and one of the batteries had some scratches on it. Bestbuy had this drone on sale (not advertised as used.) I should have followed my instincts and returned it, but the 1.5hr drive said otherwise. I located the manual on Yuneec's website. I set the drone up an took it out for a flight. To my dismay, it was approx 200-300ft (in line of sight) from me before it went full speed in an unknown direction, lost connection with the controller and disappeared. I have never had an issue with fly aways with any of my DJI drones. I have attempted to drive around my neighborhood in hopes that the drone would be found. Unfortunately, no connection was able to be established. During the time of my flight, I was not an unreasonable distance away. I was above any obstacles and the weather was perfect for flying (I am also a registered FAA pilot.) I took a chance on the Yuneec Typhoon as a supplement to my DJI Mavic Pro in hopes it would live up to the reviews. I am disappointed that is has lost connection and disappeared. I have reached out to Yuneec's customer service. I contacted them earlier last week and follow their instructions regarding sending them the log files contained within the flight controller. It is approaching 10 days without a response. I tried to call their US customer service two times yesterday. In both instances, after waiting for 45 minutes, I gave up. At this point, I would not recommend then Typhoon H. DJI is a superior brand with a proven track record. Hopefully Bestbuy will intervene in this issue.

Very poor design and easy to damage. Much more complicated to set up and get to fly than described. Direction and set up information is inadequate.

unit flew away , lost gps , company awful to deal with , will never buy another yueec again , never could find unit

I purchased this the same day that my wife picked up a DJI Phantom Pro 4 V2. It appeared to be a refurbished unit, and not everything worked. I did my best to live with it, but every time I tried to use it, there was one or another issue. I took it back and got a DJI 4 also. Much easier to use, worth the added cost.

very poor info with product. Flew ok first few times, then lost connection with control box while only 40' away and would not respond, eventually slowly crashing and breaking all rotor blades. Could have been worse but now have no faith in the product to fly it again. Have now also read all the poor reviews, too late though. Wish I could return it.

THOUGHT IT GOOD DRONE ..FLEW FOR ABOUT 10 MINS THEN IT FELL OUT OF THE SKY AT 110 FEET INTO PIECES TOOK TO BEST BUY 1 MONTH LATER THEY TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN I PAID FOR IT TO REPAIR...

Since I've had this drone it has crashed 3 * I've sent it away to the shop had it fixed so they said tried to fly it when I got it back and it crashed first time up it is in the shop more than anyting

Yuneec used to be a reputable company but that is no longer the case. I bought a Typhoon H and sent it in for service after a hard landing. Yuneec does not service their own product and used United Radio to service all of their drones contracts. They stopped servicing and sent to KAV industries without me knowing. KAV has now gone out of business and they have my drone apparently. YUNEEC told me, THEY WERE SORRY TO HEAR THAT AND GOOD LUCK. I am now without a drone and vested over $1800 in batteries, cases and auxiliary equipment I cannot use without my unit. Absolutely unacceptable.
