I was easily able to hear and my husband said he did not notice background noise. I slept with it on a few times and it was cool to see my heart rate thru the night. It keeps me motivated to get up and move and also take a moment to breathe :)

Great Product

That lasted all but three days before I peeled it off. I hated the way it looked. Being prone to whacking my watch on random surfaces I instead got one of these snap on bumper type things that has helped a lot. I replace it every 2-3 months as it gets beat up or inevitably pops off and lost. This one is a great product, easy to peel and use.
