Cost to replace the item is ridiculous even though it is just shipping and handling. The customer must spend time going back to the store to have it replaced, pay the shipping and handling fee for a defective product and wait for it to arrive. All negatives from z customer perspective. Friends have said they did not purchase the product and they have not had any issues with scratching etc in over a year. I will not purchase another one.
