Defective item sent

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I received the box through curbside pick up, the box appeared to already been opened. The sticker was removed back and the screen protector had scratches on it. I could not place it on my Apple Watch. I tried returning it and the employee insisted on ordering another one for me. I hope I don’t experience the same problem.
