The glass got just a small nick on the edge, it quickly spread into crack the length of screen. Got a replacement somewhat promptly and replaced it hopefully this will hold out. The shipping will cost $9.95 each time a new one needed as lifetime warranty on product which is a plus

I like the screen protector, as I dropped my phone on a tile floor. It protected the glass screen, no scratches or anything. I went to send the damaged screen protector back to Zagg, and that was the difficult and expensive part. They are sending me a new screen protector for $9.99 shipping plus I sent the old one back for $3.50 with a tracking no. So to get my warranty replacement, it cost, so far $13.50. This is not a good warranty program, plus registering the product and all the hassle on line. They really did not tell me where to send the old one, so I sent it to their corp headquarters in UT.

This is the first one I have had but I have bought multiples for my daughter her glass protector itself has shattered but her phone has always been fine no hairline breaks or anything. I would highly recommend this product

Recommended by the store rep. Works really well with the pen. The shield is thick and does take harder pressing with finger. Have dropped and placed phone in pocket and purse. The front glass/shield still looks brand new.

The guy at the store recommended this, saying it affords the best drop protection on the market. I believe him; it seems really solid. I don't know what it's made of exactly, but it's not the flimsy filmy stuff a lot of other screen protectors are made of. The guy also warned me that it might fall off, and if it did, it might never stick on well permanently once it got dirt and hand oils on the back side. The day after I got it home, it did fall off... so he was right about that too. Today is two days after purchase, and it's fallen off twice, just due to incidental brushes of a finger on a corner of the phone. I'm still gathering data and figuring out if it's going to be a problem or not... and it does seem like I'll need to do something about it to prevent my money from having been wasted... but I'm not too worried about it since the guy at the store promised to help if that happened, and because on top of that the Zagg warranty is so solid. Overall I think it will be ok, and if I get one that sticks better, it'll be perfect.

I highly recommend this product for its scratch proof ability and after having the screen protector on for several weeks it holds up to drops and scratches that are sure to happen. Amazing product that is worth the price

I love this shields. To be fair to competitors I haven't tried any other brand but after Zagg saved my note 5 I knew I had to grab another one for my note 8. I don't plan on ever owning a phone without a zagg shield.

Had almost a year when it developed cracking along the edge. Mfgr honored the warranty and replaced. New one shows no sign of wear and protecting screen ok.

SOLID ON PROTECTING FROM BREAKING SCREEN AND OR SCRATCHES. ONLY THING IS THAT SOFT TOUCH BECOMES HARD TOUCH

I bought two of these, Overall ok for the one that I got but the one my husband got seem to have started cracking even when he has not dropped the phone. We will try to get a replacement from zagg for that one. BestBuy will not replace or exchange it once it is opened.

I've had many Zagg tablet backs, screen protector film and glass, and keyboards. All still work great years after their purchase and I was shocked this one lasted a week. THIS screen protector lasted 8 days - first by chipping on day-2, having a 1/16" spider crack develop overnight, and finally a complete failure when it popped off today (day 8) and hit the corner. Bummed I had to run and buy another one to ensure screen isn't without one. Thinking of using replacement as a spare while I look for another kind.

This does what it’s supposed to do. I’ve dropped my phone like 2 times I can remember and my screen was protected. The screen protector got a small crack but it wasn’t anything very noticeable. The price was expensive for me at the time but well worth it. Before I bought my phone I’d never heard of the brand but they are good as far as the Note was concerned. The only negative I can give is the screen did hinder my typing ability. That could have been because of the curved screen.

The shied is too stiff doesn't flex and mold to the phone like it should. It make the phone non responsive and pops every time you press on it. It eventually fell off because it doesn't stick to the phone like it should. The material should be softer and more playable to work properly

This product does it's job of protecting my phone screen but it cracks very easily and makes my phone look crappy. It does protect my phone screen but I prefer the flexible plastic protectors as they don't crack and are easy and cheap to replace if they get messed up.

I love that this comes with a guarantee. As long as you register it they replace it if it breaks/cracks. My last one from Verizon had no guarantee and cracked in 3 days. So this was a must have for me.

I wouldn't buy a phone without the glass cover. I had one with my previous Samsung S4 and really liked the protection it provided. I look forward to this new cover protecting my Samsung Galaxy Note8.

This screen protector goes on easy, but feels like it isn't resting against the screen in places. Screen isn't as sensitive as it should be either. But not sure if that is an issue with the phone or the screen protector. Lifetime warranty is good.

I have had this glass protector a few times and without dropping my phone it has cracked on me

I wasn't aware they sold glass screen protectors till the day I got it. Was supposed it was a lot easier to install then a standard screen protector. Also it's got 0 air bubbles which is a bonus

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ZAGG BECAUSE THIS ACTUALLY FITS PERFECTLY INTO THE GLASS OF MY NOTE 8 PERFECTLY ALEX AROUND BECAUSE OF THE EDGES WHEREAS THE FLAT SCREEN TECHNOLOGY NEVER FITS PROPERLY.
