Q: If purchased at BestBuy, will they install it at no charge? And does it come with a lifetime replacement guarantee?

A: I work at Best Buy and there is supposed to be a $7.99 charge to install a phone screen protector. Zagg does offer lifetime replacement also as long as you register with them.

Q: I had the Invisible Shield for only six weeks. Today I noticed a hairline crack on the screen protector. Should I bring it back to Best Buy (I purchased Geek Squad Protection plan) or file a claim with Zagg? Zagg wil charge $9.99 for shipping. BUMMER.

A: I bought this on the recommendation of my Best Buy associate and paid $50 because it was supposed to be the best. It cracked right after purchase and Zagg covered shipping cost. Well the replacement also cracked and this time I had to pay shipping. Original purchase was 9 months ago. Zagg has a good deal going here here cause I'm already $60 into it. I'm done if it cracks again. I'll never buy their product again!

Q: Has the sensitivity issues been addressed? Previous versions of Zagg glad on Samsung curve phones has shown extremely reduced touch sensitivity near the edges of the screen. Zagg is amazing for protection, but this would be a major detractor for me.

A: I have not had any issues with my edge or edge panel with this protector, and have used many in the past that had the issue you're describing. It seems to have been fixed this go around. Go Zagg!

Q: I have had problems with glass screen protectors causing the keyboard to be nonresponsive. Do you lose sensitivity with the Zagg glass protector?

A: Yes, it is very hard to type, and scroll with the glass screen on the note 8. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would really like a refund.

Q: Is this compatible with the Otterbox Defender case for the Note 8?

A: I have with my otterbox defender and it fits great.

Q: Will this screen protector fit with Otter Box Defender Case for Note 8?

A: Yes and that's exactly what I'm using.

Q: Does it go over the phone and then inside the otterbox, or does it go on top of the otterbox screen?

A: It goes over phone then you put phone in otterbox case

Q: Are there any other screen protectors that reduce glare and don't pick up fingerprint smudges as easily as this one? Terrible quality doesn't even fit edge to edge def not worth the price

A: I can answer one thing. I agree not good protectors but they are called case friendly so the bumpers on the case don’t peel or remove the film or glass since it is curved. This is why it doesn’t reach the edge. I just go to Amazon and read a lot of reviews. Lol
