I work at Best Buy and there is supposed to be a $7.99 charge to install a phone screen protector. Zagg does offer lifetime replacement also as long as you register with them.

They never charged me for almost over 8 years. But a few days a go they just charged me around 7.99 for service fee to install for a purchaged phone screen protector. So prefer apple store for free service after purchase .
