I work at Best Buy and there is supposed to be a $7.99 charge to install a phone screen protector. Zagg does offer lifetime replacement also as long as you register with them.

You have to pay for installation. If you're unsatisfied with the installation, they'll put a new one on right away. Until you're satisfied.

Best Buy charges $7.99 for a screen shield installation. ZAGG has a lifetime warranty but you have to use the card in the package to register it and make an account on ZAGG's website.

Yes and No, it depends on the mood of the sales associate, and they would definitely be more inclined to do it if you bought the phone from them, but they did install it free of charge for myself.

Yes, they will. If you purchase an accessory in store they will install it for you. Sometimes, depending on what it is, there is an installation fee. But I have always had my screen protectors purchased at BB installed free.

I think it is depends of the mood of the associate . I always go to best buy store for my phone screen and case . They never charged me for almost over 8 years. But a few days a go they just charged me around 7.99 for service fee to install for a purchaged phone screen protector. So prefer apple store for free service after purchase .

Not any longer!!! I bought Apple 4 on Aug 30, 2019. Bestbuy associate installed the screen shield that day for a price. It broke yesterday. Sept 12. Took it to Bestbuy Blankeny SC. I have Bestbuy total care program. Geek Squad refused to install replacement. Store Asst. Manager said Bestbuy corporate policy nationwide now forbids employees from installing it. Geek Squad guy said there may be an associate who is willing to try, Aast Mngr said there are two such associates. Suggested I call for appointment. Geek Squade guy said 90% probability of bubbles. Conclusion, Company forbids employees from installing, but there are sales associates willing to try, but only when they are on duty. Some “Lifetime Guarantee.

Best Buy will charge you the put the screen protector on. Then, you have to go to the web site and enroll on line with the company for the life time warranty. They will send you a confirmation number for you to keep for the warranty. Just make sure you enroll soon as you purchase your screen protector.

When I purchased it with my phone, my guy offered to put it on for me at no cost. I told him I would put it on myself, install took maybe five minutes. VERY EASY! Only down fall for the screen protector during install is that the black lines at each ends of the protector if they are not 100% on the right spot you do loose a portion of the screen. Wish that the entire protector was all clear so that wouldn't be an issue.
