The process of installing was super easy and way better then the past.. however, it made my touch great become a nightmare.. I felt like I had to push hard every time to get something to open and finally got sick of it after two days and took it off.. I wouldn't buy this..

I dropped my phone off the nightstand onto a carpeted floor. Cracked on the top left corner.

I bought this and had geek squad install, looks great for a few days but then it gets lint and food under the edge on the hard screen cover, geeksquad was great best buy did an excellent job. Zagg quality was horrible!! They should have recalled this screen cover!

Has a bubble i cant get rid of. Gets bigger sometimes and small with temp change.

Had a Zagg shield on my previous Samsung Note and it had started to crack in the corner within two weeks. This one has held up well on my Note8 which I have had for a little over 3 months.

Average screen protector. Nothing different than other protectors. Does the job though.

While it was one of the easiest screen protectors to install that I've used. It made the screen sensitivity terrible. I had to click stuff multiple times to get them to work, typing was annoying. I tried several fixes but in the end had to take it off.

I never leave the cell phone store without complete protection for my phone. This screen protector is critical. Have BB cell service install for proper installation.

After 3 months of using screen protector I scratched the surface. I went online and a new one was sent out. I just paid for shipping. Very easy and fast. Would definitely buy another one.

We had one and it literally popped off of the phone, hoping the replacement is better.

The instructions suggested increasing the sensitivity of the touch sensor, I did not do that and it still works great. It works the same as not having a protector there at all.

I wish the protector covered the whole phone. It cuts off on top like the cheaper ones.

Makes it hard to hit what you want on touchscreen. Pops off most of the time if dropped

This is my second of these, the first one cracked when my phone was dropped. It protected my screen and the new one was very easy to install with the tray. I had no bubbles.

Replace 3 times and it still cracks. Not very sturdy

Cracked 2nd day... would not recommend. I don't prefer glass unless lifetime guarantee

Best buy installed this screen protector for me when I purchased the phone. This was a huge mistake. When I purchased this (they may have updated it in the last year) there were only two small adhesive strips on the very sides of the protector. On the short drive home I had debris get in between the protector and the screen. The next morning I couldn't even use the top right corner of my phone. I went back the day after purchase and was lucky enough to get them to refund my money. I believe it was around $45 at the time, I will never again purchase this brand. We also purchased the same brand protector for my wife's iPhone X at the same time, she too had problems with hers, admittedly not to the same extent. I have since gone to a cheap plastic protector on my phone and it has been on for almost exactly one year now with no issues.

I have used a lot of shields and I haven't had any trouble with this one. I like that I can't even tell that I have a shield on and that it is easy to clean.
