This is a very good case and built to Quality. If you break it or damage it you can just call up the company directly and get a new one shipped to you for only $9

1. Horrible screen sensitivity, you literally will have to tap repeatedly, the protector keeps lifting so you have to keep pushing the edges down to keep it in tact 2. Screen too thick which prevents you from dragging the menus down, can't tap the corners and can't access edge functions smoothly... but not thick enough to withstand a couple of drops 3. Overpriced with expensive shipping cost when you file a claim (and you will) 4. Coverage is shorter in length and the sides are not curved creating gaps with a slim case 5. Collecting debris and dusts already 6. Fingerprint collector, constantly cleaning the screen, and creates rainbow colored strips down the middle of the screen It's not worth the aggregation you will have to go through, you certainly don't get what you paid for, only annoyance, disappointment and poor quality!

This screen protector did not protect my screen after dropping phone.

It protects the screen as advertised, but made my note 8 difficult th use. It's very hard to use the edge option, and nearly impossible to use the swipe down screen. I also have to push hard to type. I only kept it because of my job, but returned the second one I bought for my wife's phone (Also a note 8).

I've had this shield on my Note 8 4 days prior to it launching, can tell you that it is thick and smudge proof. I will recommend to anyone. Worth the money. Lifetime warranty!

Protector serves it's purpose, but desensitized screen touch screen

It has creases along both edges which is a bit distracting. And it does not offer full coverage. It works fine as a screen saver, but at some points on your phone you practically have to break a finger to get it to respond. The good thing is I am definitely using my Note's stylus more.

this screen protector was not as easy to install as my iPhone one.

I always buy ZAGG because they make great glass protectors and Bestbuy will replace it if they install it for you. That's if it breaks in the first place.

The edges doesn't really stick down and dust or lint can easily get through.

I've always purchased this brand for my smartphones and have never had any problems. However, this particular item for the curved Note 8 does not fit snug to the screen; it instead leaves a miniscule air space between protector and Screen which makes every touch of the screen unrecognized without hard presses. In fact, typing this right now I'm about ready to throw my phone across the room. Manufacturer notes claimed that if this happens, you installed it incorrectly. However, I've unattached and reattach multiple times even after following the instructions and using the provided guide tool initially and nothing ever solve this problem. Researching the problem online, I have come to learn this was a common problem. Apparently the "Elite" version of this does a better job solving that.

It suck or it didn't suck to screen it fell off and cracked but it would cost more to send in damaged cover to get replacement. They don't tell you you have to pay for shipping both ways and it didn't do it's job .

My phone cracked 30 minutes after I put the screen protector on.

I do not recommend this product at all. My phone fell in my kitchen on linoleum and the screen protector cracked. For $50 I expected more security. Please don't waste your money on this piece of crap.

Based on reviews i was worried but so far I've had it maybe over a month or more and still in like new condition and perfectly attached to screen as well

Smudges too easily. Not as good as my old one. But still okay product.

My nephew said the glass got water behind it and didn’t work too well.

I'm not a big fan of this screen protector. It is plenty tough but the design reduces touch sensitivity on the screen itself. Temperatures seem to have a small effect in sensitivity, but it's mostly just a design issue. This protector diminishes screen sensitivity...period.

Didnt have my phone but a week and had to replace this screen protector.

The screen protector came with an application tool that made it very easy to install. When I first put it on it seemed great but after a couple of weeks, I noticed that the touch screen wasn't working quite right. I ended up taking the screen protector off and now the touch screen works fine.
