Everything seemed fine as I walked out the store, but by the following day I was literally pounding on my screen to get apps to open or snap pictures! It was absolutely annoying. The reduced touch sensitivity was primarily down the center of my screen. I attempted to return the product, but a different Best Buy personnel applied a new screen protector (assuming the first was not correctly installed )! AGAIN, within a day or 2, I was back to pounding away at my screen to open apps and use basic functions, i.e. texting, taking pictures etc.. Needless to say, I finally returned this screen protector!!!

The break so easy. Warrantee replacement used to be free, now there is a charge. That tells you they are replacing a lot of them.
