Called the manufacturer got our replaced and spent $6 on shipping. As I was putting the new screen on again it to cracked. I'm giving up and going to call for a refund wish me luck. End of story for $50 I would expect more and better protection.i definitely wouldn't purchase it again. Good luck with your purchase .

The touch screen requires a lot of pressure. Second zagg product that has left me dissatisfied. I've already replaced the previous product twice within a few months and they require you pay to get a new one despite having a lifetime guarantee. You end up paying for this product many times over. Dont buy!!!!

This thing is not cheap I dont want a replacement bc it sucks I want my money back! Not worth it!!!

No touch sensitivity what-so-ever

You literally had to push on the phone HARD to get it to even respond. This is a brand new Note 8 and I'm a pretty tech savvy guy (26 years of electronics in the Air Force, and I am super OCD when it comes to cleaning and applying). I would def not recommend this item until they figure out the sensitivity issues.
