Hard to do anything when it was on sides/corners of phone. Zagg sent me a new one and i put it on, left the phone alone while sleeping. This is to allow it to adhere better to phone i was told. I have the same issues. It is very hard to type and do anything from the sides/corners of the phone. Will not buy again.

However, once you drop your phone or put it in a tight spot (in a pocket with keys) this will crack (like many others have experienced). You have to pay shipping/fees for replacements - so they are not free. I cracked three and am now much happier with the HD film (can't be cracked?). The only other pro was the assembly kit.

The screen protector wouldn't stay on. Zagg doesn't have a solution for Samsung's curved screen, because when I did drop it, I cracked it on the edge of the curved screen. I subsequently got the screen repaired and got another protector. I'm done with Zagg products going forward.

It caused problems with sensitivity along the side of the screen and when using the keyboard. Typing was difficult, it cause frustration and as much I want to protect my screen, It was not worth the hassle it caused. hope they make a better product that will work to protect screen.
