Went back to Best Buy and was told they could not replace because I only had 15 days to exchange and I had 3 weeks, that I had to deal now directly with manufacturer. No help from Best Buy!

Because of the curve it does not protect well, it started at the corner. The phone wasn't dropped. It was knocked while in my pocket. Both otterbox and Zagg should rethink their product protection design for the new style of phone screens.

Thought I might have gotten a bad batch so exchanged at the store for new ones. Same issue with the new. Found older style that does not have the black edging at the store and they are great. Unfortunately those are discontinued!

I even change the sensitivity on the phone to the max which only helped a little. I have since removed the protection as I would rather take my chances over wanting to throw the phone because it doesn't respond!

When it finally stopped it was cracked in half. This was installed by Best Buy employee. Warenty wants to charge 10.00 to replace it. I will replace with another brand that will actually protect the screen.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The clear border on the side edges of the Glass Curve is the adhesive that secures it to your phone. The best way to ensure glass screen protection remains bubble-free on a curved screen phone is to use adhesive only around the border of the phone. Some companies only run adhesive on the top or bottom of their screen protection, but by doing so, they run the risk of letting dust and lint get underneath, not to mention air bubbles that can prevent touch commands. That is why we specifically designed the adhesive to run around the entire perimeter of the screen protector to allow for a stronger grip to the device display.
Fell Off - Save Your Money

I pushed it back and the next time I dropped the phone, fortunately in the car, it came off completely. Lost the protector before could go back to the store so just money down the drain
