First time the phone was dropped (34" on to my foot then to the floor) it flew off the phone screen and spider veined cracked. Of course the company replaced it at no charge, except for an excessive postage and handling fee ( half of the original sales price for the item)

The only adhesive on these is around the edges and it's not very strong. Very easy for the glass to shift and dust to get under the glass. Zagg has always had a great product until this one.

After lady installed it there was a huge bubble in the middle of the screen and told me unfortunately she has a note 8 and has the same problem and that's about as good as she could get. I believe her. I will be returning tonight to get my money back.

Plus, you have to really push on the screen in order for it to work, like if the glass was a little too thick and the screen is not as responsive as without the glass.

The cons outweigh the pro, mainly there is a design flaw. With the Samsung Galaxy S8 (and most Galaxy phones) there is a "pull down" from the top of the phone window. The phone does not recognize this very well due to the fit of the product.

The item itself is thick and good quality, but the design sucks. It will not stay on if you drop your phone, I'm talking off your lap as you stand up, I'm not talking down the stairs or something big.
