They say that it is self explanatory but it is far from it

I couldn't keep this on my phone. It made operating so difficult. It is possible that it conflicted with my cover ... but it made my phone virtually unusable. I reinstalled it a couple of times, making sure to get it properly placed, cleaned, and no go.

Dont like it. Would remove it but it was expensive

I used to think that my Note 8 was horrible to use until I took off the Zagg glass screen protector. The problem is the Zagg. It affects the sensitivity and makes typing and texting miserable! I purchased a $5 screen protector and have had no issues.

Purchased a cover for my Note 8 for extra protection & on day 2, I noticed a hairline crack on my glass screen with more to follow. My rep told me it's guaranteed with a replacement. Maybe it was damaged in the beginning, but I'm disappointed with the product now.

Within a week it has a crack. You can't see anything on the screen. Fingerprints are all over, you constantly have to keep wiping your screen. Would not recommend it. Have to have the phone with full brightness to be able to see, when outside.

Doesn't allow the touch screen to be very sensitive.

This is the older version of the glass screen protector, they only have adhesive on the left and right edges. The screen either easily pops off if it falls or is bumped hard enough, or it lets dust in thru the top or bottom since thre is no seal.

Had it professionally installed by Geek Squad. Had to press extra hard to get it to work. It looked nice, but didn't work well with my phone. Best Buy refused to accept a return. Referred me to Zagg who will only send a new one for a fee. Try something else!

Very disappointed with this product. It didn't live through a three foot drop. The protective screen popped off the phone and spider webb cracked. The phone it self had screen edge damage that caused the phone LCD to go crazy resulting in $250 repair.

Blew on the screen to remove dust and it flew off.

Case and phone cracked 1st time phone was dropped.

I got this screen protector to replace one that had broken in a ton of places. That broken one actually still worked and recognized my touch but looked awful. When I put this new one on, the screen would barely recognize my finger or stylus.

Will never buy this brand again! What they dont tell you is if you have to get a new one you have to pay for shipping if the new one and sneak the broken screen protector back and pay to ship it back! Sometimes you cant salvage the old one!

This screen protector is not good for note 8! The curved glass isn't fully covered on the sides! Also, my phone got hit and this screen protector was already installed and the phone screen still got damaged!!

I am not a fan of the glass screen protectors. I know they have a lifetime guarantee, but it is already cracked and I've only had it for a month. At this rate I'll be paying at least the cost of another one in shipping if I have to keep replacing it.

I was hesitant to buy this when I bought the phone, given the price. Within a short time, I threw it out and bought a less expensive one. The worst part is that the surface is so slick it makes the touch screen less functional.

Had one one my note 8 originally worked fine no problems. It started to show scratches and then a crack developed in the screen , bought it again and now I have problems with the screen sensitivity, looking for a better replacement

Had a Zagg screen protector for my previous phone that was great, but for the Note 8 I just can't recommend it. Screen protector just fell off after a few days. I think Zagg hasn't figured out how to handle the curved screen of the Note 8 yet.

This is a poor screen protector made to look premium by Zagg, with a premium price tag to match. There are 4 major issues with this screen protector: TLDR (To Long Didn't Read) Version: a.) Sensitivity is garbage. b.) Annoying visible adhesive lines on screen. c.) Falls of easily d.) Scratches easily e.) Costs too much to replace screen through warranty (Zagg). In depth version: 1.) The sensitivity on the screen is affected drastically, you will hate your phone after installing this screen protector. The phone will not register your touch 5/10 times, good luck pulling down your notifications or using the edge of the screen to register anything. 2.) There are extremely annoying glue lines on the side of the phone screen that are visible. That nice clear curved edge is ruined by the glue that is on the edge of the screen protector, it makes the screen blurry at the edges. When looking at the screen you won't be able to look away from those horrible adhesive lines. 3.) It falls off super easily, I don't know what type of glue/resin they are using on the screen protector but it is absolute trash. The screen protector started to fall off after about 3 weeks, with light to moderate use of the phone. 4.) It scratches supper easily. I have bought many of Zagg products before (screen protectors mostly), and none of them had a problem with scratching or me putting my keys in the same pocket I put my phone. Just to be clear these are not my jean pockets no no, I mean this phone barely fits in one of my pockets (I have a case on it), I'm not about to shove some keys in the same tight pocket. 5.) #5 what? I thought he said 4 main issues? Oh yeah I forgot to mention, you know that nice thing that says "we will replace it for as long as you own your device", yeah well they forgot to mention how expensive it is to get a new one through them. For shipping you have to pay $10. Some might say "oh but Kevin that is just the normal shipping cost for them", Ha! let me tell you that the "HD clear" screen protector for the same phone "Samsung Note 8" costs $5 to replace. Wait what?, so they are both shipped by Zagg, weight roughly the same, occupy the same space but one costs twice to ship to your house than the other one??.... hmmmmm.... that's odd. If I could give this screen protector a 0 I would, however Best buy restricts my power to do so. Please save yourself the pain and go with another screen protector. If you want to stick with Zagg buy the HD clear, which has great sensitivity response but is quite difficult to put on, I would give it a 3 or 4 (only because of the installation difficulty, but this is for another review).
