This glass is extremely touchy at times. Most times when texting I have to push down really hard and then other times husband can use it and his beard will hit buttons while he talks.

My protective screen cracked and I've had the phone less then a month. The phone hasn't been dropped and no extreme pressure against it. This one could be faulty but it's a hassle to deal with.

For some reason, i belive due to the dumb curves on the sides of the screen, the glass doesn't sit perfectly flat, thereby making button pushes harder for the phone to recognize. Hate it!!!!

It hasn't even been one month since I purchased my phone and this protector and it already has a crack. I haven't dropped my phone or anything so I'm still trying to figure out how did it happen

I dropped my phone two wks agmfter purchasing this screen protector and the protector popped off and cracked. Not sure how it could protect my screen when it pops off when dropped. Returned it.

I usually love zagg products, but this one has been frustrating. The rounded edges make it hard to stay on, and you have to tap the screen very hard with this glass on unless you use the spen.

We put this screen protector on and the next day when the phone fell the screen protector popped off and the screen broke. would not recommended this one to anybody

Screen protection is not to say they went to a cheaper version of it. My fell the screen protection popped out without cracking and when it fell the 2nd time this screen to a shadow

I love the glass screen protector but not on these curve screens it doesn't stay on it because of the curve. Hot Garbage!!! stay away till they go back to a flat screen.

This shield breaks very easy, for the price definitely not worth it. In less than 6 weeks have broken 2 with a simple fall of the phone. Definitely not recommended.

My husband has cracked two in two weeks in his coat pocket, leaned in his truck and it cracked second one he doesn't even know just pulled it out and it was cracked. product very weak

Took it back, had it replaced, took it back again. It never seal down on corners. It's too thick also it made the screen unresponsive unless I pressed really hard.

Did not like the glass cover at all... the first time i dropped my phone it broke. It seems to scratch easily and did not like the glare. I installed the The installation was easy.

Could not text with cover on. The phone sensitivity and response was terrible. Best Buy would not return it. Manufacturer was great and replaced it with upgraded product.

This item may protect the screen but it's so thick that typing on the screen is nearly impossible. I removed the protector and threw it in a drawer. Money wasted.

I have purchased this product more than once. Each time it has cracked within days. And you have to register it to get it replaced which I never get around to doing

Total complete waste of 50 bucks. SHATTERED THE FIRST TIME I DROPPED MY PHONE. DO NOT BUT THIS TYPE OF SHIELD. The other invisible shield type {1/2 the price or less}work well.

I would NOT recommend anyone to buy this product. I got frustrated every time I tried using my phone because it didn't recognize where I was pointing with my finger.

I have lost all screen sensitivity. When typing or touching the screen. I don't like it. One side work the other dosen't. Misaligned geek squad installed it.

Utterly useless! Couldn't get contact with any keys on the far left or right of the screen. Finally removed it, bought a different case that will still protect my screen!
