The screen was put on by a "professional" best buy employee. I was charged $8 for the "install." It popped off after 3 weeks of having it on a brand new phone.

Purchased this item to protect my screen which it probably does... However I noticed that after installing it on my phone I have to press hard to get the keyboard to respond.

The glass cracked and scratched after one week of use. I've had this brand before and it took a lot more than falling off of my dresser, into the opened drawer beneath it!

I was sold this specific protector and charged the fee to install it but, wasn't made aware there is still an issue with its thickness preventing the screen's sensitivity.

Not really what I expected for my Note 8. The protected cover was cheap in appearance and my phone is a major investment. I purchased a punkcase online instead.

Bad glass screen protector, I used it for 1 week and could not handle having to press for more the 2 or 3 times every time I wanted to open an app, text, or do anything.

I bought this screen protector and had best buy install it. The entire lower left side of the display does not respond to any touches with your finger. Only the S-pen.

This screen protector is made to shield the screen but you can't do anything else. To use the phone you practically have to push your finger through the screen

Worst screen protector ever. Don't waste your money on it. Glue is only on the edges and I dropped it on the carpet and it popped off. Garbage.

I have only used Zagg shields on my Samsung Notes. I had to return my last one for my Note 8. My stylus snagged it and it came off on the very first night.

I could not use my phone after I installed this SP. I had to press very hard for my phone to register. I had better results with other cheaper SP.

After installing the screen protector, there were many dead areas on the screen. It was very frustrating to constantly have to retype words/sentences.

the screen cover was not a good fit and even with adjusting screen sensitivity I was unable to type text or numbers without pushing multiple times.

I am disappointed. this thing does not work. I will be bringing it back on Thursday, what if I had gone out of town to an area that I was depending on it.

Glass would not sit flat on the screen and it creates an uneven surface making it soft and hard on the screen to respond d to the simple touch

Not happy will fall right off I did install correctly I have Installed a lot of these over the years and this is by far the worst

In less than a month screen protector cracked. Not happy with product, couldn't withstand fall from the bench to the ground (a few inches fall)

The adhesive for the mount is only on the top and bottom of the glass. It repeatedly popped off with usage, and made any selection of cases unusable.

This screen protector fell off the 2nd day and wouldn't stay on longer than a couple days at a time and was I payed geek squad to I stall it

Cant protcect your screen if it doesn't stay on. Went to get it replaced and was advised to get a case with a screen cover instead.
