Note 8 Zagg screen protector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have used Zagg in the past with no issues really. But I hate the Note 8 Zagg protector. The installation was very easy, but the screen makes the typing very hard. I have to push hard on the screen and even then it doesn't always work, so my words are all garbage. The screen pops off very easy. It did protect my phone screen, but I wouldn't buy one again for the price. I do get them free now, well $9.99 shipping, but I think I might try a different screen all together. I hate having to text hard because if the screen protector was off, the texting is very easy. Please fix these flaws.

Not their better work
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You can clearly see the adhesive on the Edge screen. The Edge is distorted now, and is very distracting if you try to watch a movie/video full screen. I have had mine on for several weeks now, and since the adhesive only appears to be on the sides, moisture has seeped into one of the corners. From day one, the screen was not nearly as responsive as it should be. The only reason I didn't give it one star was the method provided for installation worked really well. Perfectly lined up. However, it did not appear that way initially. I thought I had it off centered until I realized that I was seeing adhesive, and the screen was in fact perfectly centered.

I'm so disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my second glass shield with this company. I just got the Samsung Note 8 recently and wanted to protect its curved screen. I purchased the glass curve model at my local Sam’s Club store. Installed the shield and then have just had the worst experience. I sold cell phones for Sprint for years before and always spoke highly of these products. Now, I spent my hard earned money and the product is definelty not worth it. I was hesitant at first after reading such negative reviews but I had faith in this company. I have been extremely let down. The left upper corner refuses to stick 100%, causing the screen to lift up slightly, which in return let’s all this dust and lint in and also causes a popping sound. I guess it didn’t have enough adhesive. I didn’t mess with my phone for a few hours as to not disturb the adhesive. I even removed my case. I was surprised to find that problem with the corner not sticking and i also lost an extreme amount of screen sensitivity and over all use for anything on the left half of the screen. I’m forced to removed the screen. I don’t feel that I should be further punished and have to pay a shipping fee for a product that may not even work properly. I have install dozens of screen protectors before having worked for Sprint for several years. Oh and the smudges! I don't even get into how bad that is. This was suppose to improve my overall phone handling and user experience. I don't even want to use my phone now. If all curved screens will be like this then maybe I should just return the phone. I'm still within my 14 days.

fragile product and warranty not what it seems
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My Zagg screen protector did not even last 8 hours. My phone fell off of the seat of the couch(onto smooth wood floor). I did not notice a crack right away, but the next evening I noticed one in upper right corner...next day another crack spread off of the original crack. 4 days later an entirely separate crack formed on Upper left corner...and about a week after that a separate crack formed on Lower right corner. I didn't realize it had a warranty because when I bought it...it was installed in store and packaging disposed of. I called to complain that for $50, it should be more durable. I was then told they have a lifetime warranty and to call company. I called Zagg...and yes they will replace at no charge for a $10 shipping fee(and you have to ship original cover back to company). there is no way it costs $10 to ship one of these screen covers. So, it seems like you are paying for a new cover. That is why they are happy to replace it. I can't afford to pay $10 every week for a cracked screen protector. I wouldn't buy it unless you can afford to replace the protector frequently. They did not act like it was a big surprise that it had already cracked when I called the company...so I am guessing that I did not just receive a faulty product. Customer service was pleasant, just a poor product.

ZAGG - InvisibleShield Curve Glass Screen Protecto
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. While I've always been a fan of Zagg screen protectors, this one has some issues. Installation is a breeze with the included plastic tray/template. However, screen Sensitivity is really affected, enough that I was considering replacing it with an HD Clear version from Zagg. Then, my phone was knocked of my hand (while I was sitting), and the corner of the screen protector cracked slightly, but the whole screen protector popped completely off. Not what you want to see with a $1000+ phone. I'm now wondering if the glass isn't properly fitting to the screen, which may have also been affecting the sensitivity. Got a replacement coming, will try the glass one more time, but if I had to do it over, I'd go with the HD clear

Expensive and Useless
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The installation is easy but it only has adhesive on the outer edge. It snapped in a few days. Just a poorly made product. It needs to made with full adhesion to the phone and it needs to fit farther on the edges. I was really disappointed with this product and there is no way to return it if you have used it, but they will replace it for you and you will have to pay for shipping. I would say don't even bother with this one. Get a fully enclosed case instead.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We feel terrible that this product did not meet your expectations.
The clear border on the side edges of the Glass Curve is the adhesive that secures it to your phone. The best way to ensure glass screen protection remains bubble-free on a curved screen phone is to use adhesive only around the border of the phone. Some companies only run adhesive on the top or bottom of their screen protection, but by doing so, they run the risk of letting dust and lint get underneath, not to mention air bubbles that can prevent touch commands. That is why we specifically designed the adhesive to run around the entire perimeter of the screen protector to allow for a stronger grip to the device display.

Fits great with Otterbox Defender case!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I looked at several options and waited too long and ended up with a couple small scratches before I bit the bullet and bought a screen protector. I had it installed at BestBuy and it works great. I have my phone in a Otterbox Defender case and there is no issues and it fits prefect. I wish I had done this from the get go.

Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off this screen protector is overpriced, the warranty will cost you $12 to get your free replacement. As for the product itself, it doesn't stick to the screen correctly and doesn't even touch the screen in the middle. This makes using the screen a massive pain, as it won't register light touches. In order for me to get my spen to register a touch I had to stab the screen with it. Stay away from this screen protector

Doesn't make the grade
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm just really disappointed. I feel like I paid a small fortune for something I just want to constantly get rid of. I bought it, and the first one had sticking issues. It was put on by an associate while I watched, and it all seemed fine. But the very night I bought it I dropped it a few feet onto my bed and the protector popped off. I was lucky, they replaced it for free at the store because that obviously wasn't supposed to happen, and as I pointed out it wasn't fair for me to have to use the warranty and pay even more for what was likely an error in application. However when I did drop the phone for real, the protector shattered instantly. Which, alright, good that's what it's supposed to do so the screen doesn't. So that gets it 2 stars. But I had my old phone for 3-4 years and never had a screen protector get so massively ruined on its first drop. Oh, also, it popped off. So we're now 2 for 2 in not staying on. I used the warranty this time, got the replacement today, applied it carefully myself. And what I assumed was issues before with the application I just have accepted are part of the protector. I have a severe loss of sensitivity in places on my screen, I'm having to mash it like a bug to get anything at all. I hate the edges, they wrap a little, but there's a seam that makes viewing it off. I'm going to wait it out till the screen gets ruined again, and until that happens find a better alternative. This one is making my phone useless most of the time.
