Never again
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this item when I got my new phone. I was told if it were ever to be replaced it had a lifetime warranty. Only had it on my phone for two weeks and it fell off because it no longer stuck to my phone. I contacted the company to get a replacement, I would have to pay a min. Of $9.99 for shipping and would have to wait 3 to 7 days for the new one. I would never of bought this product if I would of known I would have to pay at least 10 dollars every time I needed a new one. I went on Amazon found a new screen protector for under 10 dollars and I'll get it in 2 days since I'm an Amazon prime member

Not sure why the bad reviews
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Have had install on my note 8 for several days. Have it installed with an Otter box Defender case. If you follow the instructions, it goes on great: 1. clean screen with included wipe 2. use included sticker to remove lint 3. place included red installation template over phone 4. remove phone screen side plastic from glass 5. press within template on to screen, push from center of screen 6. remove top side plastic from glass Once placed in the Defender case, it goes right up to the edge of where the glass meets the case. A perfect custom fit. It doesn't seem to do anything extraordinary in terms of smudge protection, but I assume it to be no worse than if it wasn't there. My main goal was for scratch and breakage protection. I will update later if any problems with coming up, but looks pretty solid right now. I can only assume people having problems might not have this otter box case, but for this case, it's perfect.

Ok screen protector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I trust zag with all phones and tablet but this one they seem to have dropped the ball on. The protector was easy to install and all that nie and smooth but beyond that not so good. I have to press harder on alot of the things on my screen then I would other wise if the cover wasn't on my galaxy note 8 seems as though the curved glass protector gets in the way little bit. I like the line-up cover and all but I wish it didn't make me press so hard on some things. Hope they can make one that works better and I would get one.

AWFUL!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So, I bought my note 8, had my Zagg sp applied. Next day: I sit my phone down on the table, the sp just cracksss (as if someone just stepped on it)! Was not expecting that at all! I have used Zagg products for YEARS! always LOVED anything I purchased through Zagg, it's the first thing I pick up when I purchase a product. But, this... fail. With the warranty, I ordered a new one- still had to pay $10 for shipping. I'm just wondering, how often will I have to do this? So disappointed. I don't know anymore Zagg!

Zagg REALLY dropped the ball on this one!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been incredibly loyal to Zagg protectors and have used them for my Blackberries, Note2, Note3,Note4 and my wife's two S3s and S5. I have always said I will never buy another screen protector, until now. I actually drove an extra 15 minutes past the Verizon store to buy the phone at a Best Buy because they sell the Zagg screen protectors there. I now wish I had my old phone back. The WORST part about this screen protector is the screen responsiveness. I type a lot between texts and emails, and this screen protector has increased the amount of time it takes me to send every email because I'm constantly backspacing and fixing words. Items that used to be easy to tap lightly on other glass Zagg protectors, now frequently necessitate me tapping multiple times and with increased force to get the screen to recognize it. The lines on the curved side of the screen and the rainbow effect on the glass isn't desirable, but the inability to use the touch screen of the phone normally is a deal killer for the protector. Incredibly disappointed. I may just take the phone and all the accessories and eat the penalty.

Decent Screen Protector
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this screen protector on 9/9/17 when the Note 8 first came out. By 11/27/17 I had to get a warranty replacement due to the protector cracking. The replacement came in with no issues and installed easily. Now it's 4/11/19 and I need to get a new one because it's cracked again in the top right corner and along the bottom. Yes I had to pay $10 for freight to get a new one. Yes I would rather pay $5 like the HD, but I didn't buy that one so oh well. I don't have any issues with button sensitivity or the protector falling off as others have reported. My pen works great and I can access everything quickly. If the replacement lasts another year and half to two years I'll be happy. Now to see if Zagg keeps up to their life time warranty for this product. The only issue I have is it does smudge easily and you can see finger prints when the pen is not being used.

Not worth the money.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this glass protector along with a Samsung case for the extra protection of my phone, not a couple weeks later when I drop my phone for the first time just about 2 ft or so the glass cracks. Now I have hairline crack across my phone. To me I thought for the price I was going to get great protection but it fell really short from that. I would not recommend someone to buy this product.

Nice screen, easy install
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks good on phone. Easy install, comes with install tray to align the protector on the screen. Installed in 3 minutes. Always clean the screen first! Then clean it again! NO issues with touch sensitivity at all. Works like the protector isn't there. A super clean screen is the trick.

Poor Hold, Not Worth it!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. After having spent 40 dollars on this thing, I would have expected it to have at the very least stayed on, however Within the first week of having had this screen protector, it had detached from the phone void of any trauma. Then it cracked when attempting to clean and reposition. I put screen protectors on devices for work and I had done it correctly. It seems that the curved screens are just a little too much for Zagg at this time. I recommend a cheap sp on Amazon that will prevent scratches. Don't waste all that money, especially if you will have to pay 10 for a warranty replacement everytime the thing fails anyway. The lifetime warranty was the only reason I was willing to pay so much for a protector. I was disappointed to know that I would have to pay the sp's deserved price of 10 bucks for a replacement because of it's failure.

Don't waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this product from the best buy store and the next day I dropped the phone and the glass literally popped off. Of course it was a loss so I was able to use the manufacture warranty and PAY $10 for them to ship me a new one. That one popped out 2 days later after the phone dropped. The adhesive is only on the outer edges of the glass. Do not buy.

Horrible quality - DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't know where to begin, this is supposed to be a revamp of the horrid s8 version. The glue on the edges grabs pocket lint, and becomes less sticky. Ghost touches are prominent, and you can SEE the glue through the protector which makes the edges of the screen distorted and unreadable. I have had this product for 3 days, and will never purchase zagg again. I went to press lightly on the edge to get it to stick again and the screen protector cracked... How about you do more quality control/engineering before you releasse a half-baked solution. You should be embarrased of yourselves....

The clear border around the perimeter of the Glass Curve is the adhesive that secures it to your phone. The best way to ensure glass screen protection remains bubble-free on a curved screen phone is to use adhesive only around the border of the phone. Some companies only run adhesive on the top or bottom of their screen protection, but by doing so, they run the risk of letting dust and lint get underneath, not to mention air bubbles that can prevent touch commands. That is why we run the adhesive around the entire perimeter to provide you the most complete coverage.
We want to get an effective, touch-sensitive Glass Curve on your Note8 as soon as possible. For anyone experiencing these same issues, please call us at (800) 700-9244 so that we can discuss a solution with you.

Significantly Reduced Screen Sensitivity
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TL;DR: Touch screen Sensitivity is dreadful with screen protector on, using finger and S-Pen. Paid to have this installed by Best Buy Geek Squad *before* even opening the box the new Note 8 came in. Looked great. Powered up and in awe. Gorgeous display. Amazed that a curved glass protector is so flawless. Setting up the phone was...scary. Is my brand new, beautiful, $900 phone broken? Why do I have to tap 3-4 times before anything happens? Why do I have to press so HARD? Hmm. Bought a Note for a reason, so let's try this S-Pen. What?! Is it broken? Oh, wait, it worked. Kinda. This is a HUGE step down from the Notes 4, 5, and 7! Check settings for screen sensitivity calibration. Nothing. Settings> Display> Navigation Bar > Hard Press Home Button? Nope. Let's research... Common issue. Weird, you'd think the reviews would have skewered such a blatant flaw. Wait...there's a catch: it occurs in conjunction with glass screen protectors. Removed. Wow. Would you look at that? It's a Note, and it works by touching the screen. Now I'm just out fifty bucks.

It has failed on me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had first gave it a 5 star since and it looked great until the shield fell off. It did not break, but could not get it back on correctly. It has not come off again, but I would had to press the key more than once to get it work. So I will wait until a better one comes around and then I will replace it.

Can we adjust the system to give zero stars?
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This thing is absolute garbage. I cannot believe that this is a Zagg product. The edges done stick at all, within 24 hours of purchase there was lint under the entire border of the protector. Small pet hairs also get stuck under the border. In addition to how dirty it gets, there are multiple dead spots all over my screen, when I press them you can hear the space between the protector and the phone screen because it does not stick well. Some spots I have to press extremely hard to get the phone to react.... DO NOT!!!! I repeat DO NOT WASTE A PENNY ON THIS, If it were 6.99 on BestBuy.com it would still be 6.98 overpriced!!!

Save your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is garbage... save your money. I bought mine April 2018. My glass got cracked so thank god zagg has a "limited lifetime warranty" right?? Wrong....it cost you $11.99 for Shipping. So after paying $50 bucks....I paid the $11.99 shipping and got my new one. This replacement lasted one month...It is unresponsive and keeps falling off my phone. Garbage. Now do I pay another $11.99 for shipping to get a new one ?l No....I am out $70 bucks....but I will NEVER buy from Zagg ever again!!

Terrible, don't buy!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was excited to buy the Zagg Invinsible Glass Curve screen protector for my Samsung Note 8. I've been a loyal Zagg customer for many years now but this one right here was not at all satisfactory. I paid for Geek Squad to do the installation on my new phone and once the screen was on you can clearly see something directly under the screen protector, looked like a greasy oil rainbow color layer in between the phone screen and the protective screen. The phone was cleaned properly and the installation process was followed exactly. The professionals that installed it said it should go away within a day or so, I instinctively wanted my money back but decided to give it a day as instructed by Geek Squad. As I'm typing this, that that same greasy oil rainbow layer is still very visible and I am not a happy customer what so ever and should have demanded my money back right from the start.

Close to Perfect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First screen protector I've ever installed, or had installed even, that went on perfectly. No bubbles, and the holder they provide for the phone also lines up the screen protector as you put it on, it is GREAT! Only thing, it's reflects quite a bit, so bright lights overhead will show.

Easy Installation, Just Okay Performance
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not one to blast products just because of a flaw or two, so I decided on buying this despite the mix of reviews. Installation was SUPER easy and I was even able to lift the screen protector on one side to get some hair out from under the protector once I applied it initially. Unfortunately this is where the positives end. I've had the protector on for less than a week and it's already picking up quite a bit of dust and pocket lint on the edge of the screen protector. On the plus side it's far away from the side of the phone and should accommodate a good bit of cases. Another down side is that fingerprints are this protector's best friend. You can't really see them when the phone is on; but when it's off it looks QUITE dirty and dingy. When the phone is on you also can make out quite easily the tape used to secure the protector and get a rainbow effect on the sides. I don't always notice it so it doesn't drive me crazy. The last thing is the touch responsiveness. I'm not convinced that the "Hard press home button" fixes sensitivity issues; so I'm at light pressure. Another reason I didn't mess with the setting is because I actually use the hidden home button feature. At first, I did try turning the slider to stronger as suggested by multiple sources. But the only thing this did was make it absolutely impossible to even use the hidden home button. I am experience touch issues here and there. Most times it's when I'm texting. I'm starting to train myself to slow down a little bit and tap harder. But I do notice about a 25% decrease in tap sensitivity. All in all, I'd prolly recommend to try a different product before settling on this one.

Edges fit awful
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The edges of the protector do not touch the screen all the way causing some pixel distortion along the edges, which is annoying because I bought the phone for its pixel density and quality. Also the dust gets underneath these little "lips" along the edges and is awful beyond belief to remove because there is adhesive along those edges as well. This means once there is dust underneath that little opening, you're out of luck as far as getting the dust out, and if you're like me to where you have to have everything as clean and perfect as possible, then this is a MASSIVE inconvenience because now I have to make an attempt to return this waste of money. I can't believe this thing retails for fifty dollars. More like a 50 cent worthless piece of junk. I 100% CAN NOT recommend this product to any friend or family member, even the ones I don't like.
