If feel that it is poorly designed for how much it is, the curves on the screen leave the underneath corners exposed for dust, lint, and pet hair to get stuck to the adhesive. If you're someone like me who has ocd about these kind of things and has had a note since the note 2 the last thing you want is a screen protector being a dust, lint and pet hair magnet.

The screen clarity is actually quite impressive. Loss of quality is minimal. There was an initial rainbow effect when Best Buy first put it on the phone, but that went away after a few days. It also seems just as durable as advertised. After rigorous use, there isn't a scratch to be found. Clarity and durability, however, are the only positives. Like other reviewers have said, the reduced touch sensitivity is absolute garbage and frankly, unacceptable. For a $30 screen protector, I expect the functionality of the phone to be unaffected. That is simply not the case. I have to swipe multiple times with ever increasing levels of pressure to get any sort of response from the phone. Or tap the screen aggressively to successfully navigate through an app. There is also an inherent flaw with the curved aspect of the screen protector, where a distinct line appears along the start of the curve. It breaks the seamless look that the curve provides. I have a feeling this is just a limitation of the glass, but it is still a flaw, nonetheless. The protector is also REALLY susceptible to dust getting stuck in the side edges. More so than any other screen protector I've used in the past. This goes beyond the halo effect that many protectors have. This is a well-defined line of dust that is tracing the sides. Again, this may just be an inherent flaw in the "curved" aspect of the protector. In the end, the poor sensitivity really kills this for me. Do not buy this product unless you want significantly decreased touch-responsiveness from your Note 8.

I have bought 3 of these shields for my Note 8 (I guess I am a slow learner) and all 3 have cracked with in days of installing it (following the instructions to a T). The last one I bought was sent to my house and arrived on 12/20/2017 And is now cracked (Not even 24 hours). I have always used Zagg but after this I will probably never buy their products again, I have given them enough of my money for a bad product. DO NOT BUY!

Its great added protection if you choose not to have a huge bulky case. Ive dropped my phone face down several times with a slim line case and this screen protector and not even a fracture.

The installation was easy and I successfully installed the shield with perfect alignment; however after a few weeks the upper corners near the earpiece collects dust under the glass that becomes more visiable as the time goes by. Very unhappy and bad overpriced product.

I purchased this screen protector when I purchased my phone. I have had to replace it under warranty twice now due to falling off the phone. I will be purchasing something different if it does it again. Too be fair I don't know if it is an inherent problem with the curved screen that comes with the Note 8. My wife also has the Note 8 with a different screen protector brand and has not had this problem.

I bought this because there isn't much to choose from for the note 8. Had the geek squad install the screen protector and all I have is rainbow lines down each side and trouble with the keyboards on the sides. I waited the 48 hrs I was told for the adhesive to settle but it's still not solid. Bad investment for a $1000 phone

Installed twice by GeekSquad and same problems. Ugly vertical lines. Very bad screen sensitivity. Ugly Glass reflection. I used Zagg screen protectors on all my previous Samsungs. I guarantee that this is the worst screen protector I ever got. Unless they completely reissue and redesign it from the scratch, do not even bother with no sense responses from the customer service. Waste of time and money!

I purchased this screen protector a week ago with my new Note 8. The very nice sales associate put it on my phone. From that evening to now, it has been a terrible choice. As so many have mentioned, the touch sensitivity is awful. I am beyond frustrated. I got a better protector for my last phone at Amazon for $7! And... it has popped off my phone! I am hoping BB allows me to return it this evening.

Screen protector breaks so easily, I've had to replace it 4 times in 1 month and I have never even dropped my phone. All 4 times I have pulled my phone out of my pocket and the protector was cracked. Yes the lifetime warranty is nice, but it is still not free to get it replaced and the fees add up. Also when you have the screen protector on, I've noticed it does effect the sensitivity greatly.

I bought this at the end of December along with my Note 8. Placed it on per the directions and immediately had an issue where the left side of the screen wasn't responding to the touches easily like the right side. Thinking I did something wrong with the installation, I took it to a geek squad and they verified that everything looked good as per the instructions, so I decided to live with it. Two weeks go by and it just comes right off without any kind of force. I ended up buying another one from my carrier and got them to place it on and the same thing happened. I have to push down harder on the left side for it to respond than the right and shortly after, that one also fell off. I was able to get my money back from my carrier for that one. Looking for something better to protect my screen.

Touch sensitivity suffers greatly after installation, does not matter fingers or stylus pen. Also, the 2 sides are not adhesive 100% to the screen so a lot of dust got strapped underneath after just a few days of installation. I gave 2 stars because it's truly case friendly.

I've had the screen protector for a month and it's already cracked, not from dropping it but from regular use. Now the big reason I bought the Zagg was for the lifetime warrantee, but in reality you are paying for the cost of a new screen protector with the price of shipping the "warranted" product to you. Again not worth the price in my opinion.

I don't have a problem with this as long as it stays on the phone it works fine. I dropped my phone and it popped off. I put it back on and everything was fine. Well apparently when I dropped my phone again it popped off and I didn't realize it until today. I noticed it had cracks on the bottom corner and crack on the side and when I looked at it after I dropped it I thought oh well that's fine the screen protectors just cracked I'll send it back in and get another one. Well when I got home and went to look at it to take it off it wasn't even on there so apparently when I dropped it the screen protector wasn't even on there and it popped off the time before. So now I have a cracked screen to live with. I have usually screen protectors for years. I use them for my S models and my Note 5 and never had a problem . I guess I won't be using them anymore . Very unhappy!

Bought this yesterday afternoon after purchasing my brand new phone. It reduced the response rate when opening apps, scrolling, and have to press harder than you should. As I write this, I have had the phone less than 24 hours and it has noticeable scratches, so much for a "screen protector". Don't waste your money.

I debated between one and two stars on this. I've been a Zagg customer for over a decade always loved their products and the protection they give. This has been the first one that has been a horrible miss. I got this and had it installed by GeekSquad, figured that the sensitivity issues were waiting for the first couple of days for the shield to settle down. It never did and here I am a month later. Had my phone sitting on a window sill for about an hour while I was working near by while it's cold here in Ohio, the glass on it actually cracked from the cold? It was inside the house, no where near actually freezing. I'm torn between sitting here without a screen protector to see if the glass curve elite about to be released fixes these issues or putting in for the warranty and having to use the pen all the time to get past the sensitivity issues.

I have to press pretty hard to get it to sense anything. Unlocking my phone is annoying now and I hate texting or emailing. I have to use the stylus for everything but I don't want to use two hands every single time. There's no way I can keep this up for a long period. My thumb will be bleeding by tomorrow! Lol

Was surprised to see the guard in the box, but understand why it's needed. It's worth the money! Best option for the curved screen.

I have bought Zagg products for all my phones for 6+ years now and absolutely love them. I will just state that GLASS screen protectors will just not work with curved screens, I went to blow dust off my screen today and the whole screen protector just flew off like a leaf in the wind! The screen protector has only been on for 2-3 weeks max. There is just not enough or strong enough adhesive to keep the screen protector planted on the phone. Filing a warranty through Zagg and having them send the classic HD (plastic film) shield for mine.

It is a total waste of time and money. I should have read the reviews before making the purchase. It is not responsive in random areas. Mostly on the left side of the edge. I have to press the screen hard for it to respond. It is very annoying. I will be returning mine as soon as possible.
