This screen protector is C R A P ! Purchased in September, it broke falling 1 foot onto carpet. Brought back to Best Buy, they replaced it. Second replacement broke (was not dropped) in November. The lifetime guarantee is C R A P. They charge you for shipping, not worth paying for shipping.

This screen protector is a complete waste of money. First, is doesn't stay on. I've put the phone in my pocket, only to have the screen protector come off because a loose business card was in my pocket. Just a few minutes ago it came off with normal use of swiping the edge screen to use the edge widgets. Second, the curved part of the screen doesn't cover the entire infinity screen. You can clearly see the lines and feel the protector when swiping. Stay away from this $50 +$7.99 Best Buy installation fee. This product is a waste.

I had this for a week, set my phone down and when I picked it back up the cover had fallen off. Geek Squad installed it, it will be going back.

I tried two cheap brands from Amazon. One would not hold (fell off and is non-returnable). The second was being popped off by the Samsung case. Zagg Glass Curve tray made positioning easy. Followed the video install on YouTube. Left it pretty much alone for 24 hours. So far so good. Big issue for these all glass phones, you need to protect both sides no matter how 'strong' the glass is supposed to be. Finally happy for now.

this is sooooooooooooo baaaaaaaaaaaad!!!! place an order for my note 8 on the 4th, got it on the 6th. put it on. after 10 days only!!! this morning on the 19th, i accidentally dropped my phone while getting into my car and that was like a 2 feet drop only! my screen cracked!!! uggg so mad! i have always trusted zagg to protect my phones for over a decade. this had got to be the worst ever. it only adhere to the sides of the phone. not the whole screen. now i have to wait for another replacement. phone is going to be unprotected. don't waste your money

I have had this screen protector for two weeks and it has split in half. I do not carry it in my pocket. I have never dropped it. I am assuming it is because I have to press so hard to get any reaction from my screen. It is a terrible product.

I was happy to purchase the zagg but once it was applied to my phone those frowns turned upside down. Installation has been the easiest in years. the responsiveness of the screen has gone from being very responsive to "maybe" Since putting on the screen I have to press very hard to get the symbols to appear. Zagg really missed the mark on this one. I will definitely be removing the screen protector as soon as I get another option or my frustration wilns out first. To have to pay so much for a screen protector and then to have it result in poor performance is a real let down. Prior to this purchase I alway gave Zagg rave reviews. This time, not at all!!

My husband and I each purchased these screen protectors when we got our new phones in August. By the end of September my husband's had a significant crack across the screen. He didn't do anything to cause the crack. I keep my phone protected very well in my purse, yet I recently noticed that I have a small crack on mine, too. I think the problem is due to the curved screen, although that is just my guess. The screen protector also makes it difficult to touch anything on the edges of the screen. This is not an issue I have had in the past with screens without a curve.

This is a terrific screen protector. The screen is smooth to the touch, and is still perfectly responsive to the touch. The screen smudges easily, but is also easy to clean. I purchased this in store and had the Best Buy tech install it. This screen protector costs a bit more, but is worth the expense.

I bought the screen protector and had it applied the same day I bought my phone. It's made of glass and after nine months is cracking in the bottom left corner. Also, perhaps because it's thicker my phone doesn't always register touch input properly. One of my friend's bought the same screen protector for his Note 8 phone and had the same issue as I did. I'm going to replace the screen protector soon with something different. I would not recommend this screen protector.

I have always used ZAGG products to protect my phones and have used the one made for my Samsung Note 8 since I bought it last year but this weekend the phone took a 2-foot tumble and broke even with the protector on it. I am so disappointed I have a crack on my glass now and I spent the last 9 months putting up with reduced sensitivity to touch on my screen just so it would be protected only to find out that it wasn't. A very expensive lesson unfortunately!

Dropped it down the side of my recliner and the tempered glass had cracks in it. That just goes to show the quality has gone down.

Easily cracked on curved edge, didn't drop phone or rough handle... Decreased phone sensitive while using and created a 30% glare/reflection.

Phone dropped, screen popped out and cracked. Had it on for less than 2 weeks. Thank you Best Buy for your fast and speedy return policy.

I will make this very simple and direct. Don't waste your time and money.

Purchased this for my Note 8 and it greatly reduced touch sensitivity. Also, though it didnt bother me too much, fyi the edges of the phone aren't covered completely by this screen protector. I brought it back to Best Buy within a week to return however I was told by customer service that it is considered a non-returnable item since they wouldn't be able to re-sell it (once opened). I wasn't told this when I bought it and it doesn't say it anywhere on the receipt. Had I known, I would have at least read reviews of the product before spending $50 on it. Best buy customer service suggested I contact Zagg since they offer a lifetime warranty and they can send me a new one that I can re-sell. I feel that it would be better customer service for best buy to accept the product and do this themselves. I give 2 stars for the product (assuming it actually protects the screen if phone is dropped) with 1 star taken away for best buy not informing customers about it being nonrefundable.

went on easy looks great but when you text some of the keys are non responsive I thought it was my phone took off the glass protector and the keys were responsive. I had the screen protector replaced now when I text the keys are not that responsive again you have to press extra hard. . I don't want to take it off until i find another solution.

This was installed by a Best Buy rep twice. The first time was at the time of purchase. I was told the reason that the sensitivity was bad was because it was too thick (He sold it to me and NOW it's too thick). After about a week, I went in and had it replaced by the same rep who told me he would refuse to replace the next one at thier cost...as he didn't believe me. Sure enough, it was much better and the second one was just like the screen. I then didn't have a problem...until... 2 days ago, without dropping my phone or doing anything out of the ordinary (I take fantastic care of my stuff), the screen became unresponsive to touch. I inspected the protector. At the upper right hand corner it had started to come off. I gently pulled and the whole protector came right off!! Without even a fight. The glue is just not good enough to last. Horrible product!!! I am going to get my money back!!! DO NOT BUY!!

Bought on less than 2 weeks ago, install was straight forward, the Best Buy employee installed it for me. That is where the easy went away and the headache started. Here are a few things I have gone through since the install. 1. Responsiveness of the screen is gone. Requires several taps and hard presses right after install to get it to recognize anything. 2. Within a few days you will start to hear a click when using the phone, it is the screen protector actually coming off. This started by day 3 of having it. 3. Since the screen protector starts to come off, things will start to get under it. even on the sides. 4. Eventually the thing will just fall off, as it did for me. As I never really saw a pro with this cover only cons, not sure what other options are out there for this style of phone. Extremely disappointed.

I've had a Zagg protector for all of my phones since the G1. I hate the glass on my Note 8. It's not really Zagg's fault that Samsung keeps pushing this curved screen junk on us, but the glass doesn't fit the same way. The edges lift and dirt collects on the sides. Wish there was a better alternative.
