I dropped my phone from about 5 feet up and the glass popped right off.

Original protector installed at Best buy. Cracked within a week without being dropped. Replacement (Elite) did the same and now my screen is actually cracked before I could have the 3rd replacement protector installed.

Installation was simple, looks great and no issues with responsiveness. Glad I didn't listen to the early reviews. Using this with the Otter Box Defender case.

Don't understand how this screen protector has bad reviews. Feels like the normal screen, easy install, no screen sensitivity issues at all. 5 stars for sure!

It seems like the curved edges do not go over enough and create a line on both sides and your fingers touch them constantly. I used it for 2 days and I already have a chip at the edge. The bottom right did not stick well and I can hear pop sound and have to press hard to register the touches in that corner (enter , backspace etc. ) not worth the money , truly.

I dropped my phone from 3 ft on the sidewalk. The screen protector popped off and my phone screen cracked on the corner. Worthless,, don't waste your money.

Excellent glass coverage for my new phone screen. Easy to apply without bubbles. Works great on touchscreen!

I went with blind faith on Bestbuy people and didn't even check the reviews. The screen looked great but the moment I started working on the phone felt the lack of touch. It is not smudged free and catches fingerprints so quickly. You can't type on the corners and press hard to get @ char or change the case. It doesn't cover note8 screen fully so I wonder why Bestbuy is selling and recommending it. They claim #1 seller and I am really amused by the claim. Going to return it within 1 day of use or have to discard it as the phone is not usable with this screen on.

I purchased this in September 2017, within 4 months, there were spider cracks on the side of the screen protector that quickly spread across the device. This happened while my phone was in my handbag, and there was nothing heavy or sharp in the bag. I recieved a replacement, and within a few weeks I got a small crack in the cover which spread across the screen and now it has spread and I now have multiple cracks very disappointed for a very expensive screen protector. they do not warrantee a replacement. I will never purchase a Zagg product again.

We got a free upgrade from the HD clear Invisishield because the first one peeled and the second one they gave up on applying it. I didn’t want the glass due to critics talking about the glass sitting poorly on the screen resulting in touch errors. Best Buy assured me this would not be a problem. It is. Poor touch sensitivity period. Also if chosen check your front camera before leaving the store. It got applied with the edge of the glass over the camera leaving my sons girlfriend in the dark. Heading back for round 3. SMH

I've had my phone a few months and I'm already on my 2nd cover. It cracks easily and a couple times I've dropped it on the carpet, the cover has actually popped off. My screen is harder to type on and is not as sensitive. Even though they advertise a free replacement, it's still $9.99 to replace. There's no way I will pay this every couple months to replace it. The only upside to this screen cover is that they do make it easy to apply. This is by far the worst screen cover I've ever had on a phone.

I have used this screen protector for a year and I decided to purchase another because of its great service (I had to get a new one since the old one cracked saving my screen). The new shipment arrived fine and it was really easy to put on. But, the touch sensitivity is so bad that it forced me to write a review. Obviously it has not lived upto its previous reputation. I feel really bad becuse the touch is not working at all and I have to find another screen protector.

I have this exact screen protector on my tablets, and my kids all have on theirs. For some reason the sensitivity on my Note 8 is absolutely horrible. Many times I swipe across or up and down to no avail. It's a shame I spent so much for this product! I'd rather take the chance of a cracked screen than use this as a protector. Extremely disappointed to say the least!!

Very easy to install, good protection. But despite my spot-on install, touch responsiveness has taken a huge hit, Will be looking for alternative.

I love Zagg covers and have had them in the past but this cover for the Note 8 is horrible. It doesn't cover the entire screen which causes lines in the curve. Also, the edges are collecting dust/fuzz. The feel of it isn't great either. I don't like feeling the edges constantly. It's also causing the screen to be a little less responsive. I've only had it for a few hours but I'm going to return it tomorrow. It was too expensive for me be this unsatisfied.

Not worth what you pay! Loss of sensitivity, edges never held well. Also, this may be Best Buy's issue, however I was told that if it breaks that I could visit a kiosk in place of mailing in for warranty and it would be at no-charge. Must be pretty common because the not so nice kiosk worker handed me a sign advising that this was not the case! Horrible experience all around - Will not be purchasing and ZAGG products in the future

A terrible product, and I agree with other reviewers about screen sensivity and lines. But mine never seems to install right, no matter how hard the nice staff at Best Buy tries. All of my major issues with my note 8 are from this product. And that warranty replacement... that's $10 in shipping costs. Although, in the final analysis, one wonders why cell phone manufacturers can't make a more durable product to begin with.

Annoying horizontal lines on edges of 1000 dollar Note 8 meant to have smooth edges really is insane....wow waste of money.
