Easily cracked and poor screen response

I don't even remember dropping it that caused three separate cracks all at once. Also, the responsiveness is terrible. I have to press things multiple times before it knows I've done so. The s-pen is the only way to get things pressed but it even has to press things more than once most of the time.

This has happened in multiple spots along the edges on both screens, I have also heard this from friends. Zagg has a TERRIBLE process for getting a warrantied protector so I am moving on. I will never buy a Zagg again

Cracked and shattered, puncturing my phone LED screen. Screen repair on my new phone was $350.00. This protector was expensive and should have done a better job. To replace with a new screen you have to pay at least $15. in postage!

I have had to have zagg send me a new screen protector on a monthly basis do to it breaking so easy. On top of that they make you pay for shipping every time they replace their crap.

You have to press hard on the screen to do anything now. After a few days of use I took it off and threw it away because of the poor sensitivity. Do not buy!!!!
