Almost dummy proof with a plastic guide that fits over the phone to get it placed correctly. Mine didn't seal all the way on the edges. When you press in certain spots you can hear it try to seal then let go. It's good for now though.

I thought I could just get another cheaper one. I went on to buy it anyway to see how good it was. Just 2 days after purchasing my note 8 and the protector, my phone dropped on concrete. To my surprise the protector cracked but my phone was still intact without a scratch. I am so glad I paid the extra money to get this product. Defiantly would recommend it.
