I like the protection, but seems to make some areas of the screen less responsive.

Nice staff. Easy to mount, but a bit expensive....

Must have for ur phone it fits perfect to the tee.

This screen protector was super easy to apply to the screen. Only drawback - I do have to put more pressure on the left side of the phone when texting or touching items on my the screen. For the price it is worth the money for the protection.

I like it but now i have to press my finger stringer to let work the touch screen

you can not work your finger as well with it off I do not now if it works or not

I have never spent this much for a phone. I bought the Samsung Note 8 and the Sales staff recommended this item. Well the phone feel out of my purse and landed hard on the cement with the screen facing the ground. I thought the phone was damaged because the glass shatter. I took the phone in and was told I would have to pay my $199 deductible to replace the phone. But to my surprise the phone had no physical damage. The protective screen to the brunt of the impact and protected the phone. Although the screen shattered on impact and I had to replace the screen it was well worth the purchase. It was much cheaper to replace the screen protector than paying a $199 deductible to replace the phone. My only complaint is that I have issues with the touch sensitivity in the right corners of the phone. I don't know if it an issue with the screen protector or the phone itself.

i had this installed by a best but employee. i used to the screen protector for a week before it popped off my phone and while using it, I found a couple issues. 1. the touch response diminished 2. dust somehow got in/under the screen protector 3. too much glare according to a handful of Best buy employees, this is currently the best option out there. Since this is still a fairly new phone model, there might be better options to come out in the near future. I guess in the meantime, I'll be extra careful with my phone.

unforatunately the infinity screen is evidently not their strong point, it has already popped off and cracked just from a simple 3 ft drop on carpet in a case, and the edges collect dust, lint, etc from the moment it is installed, so I am sure it will have more issues coming back off. ONce on it performs flawless, great clarity, no touchscreen issues, but if there was another option I would try it for the high cost of this

I had originally ordered this same case through the Samsung site but needed something right away. So I purchased one from best buy and its pretty good. It's light weight and not bulky. The case isn't slick and feels like it's going to slide out my hand. The stand on the back works great. Definitely glad I bought it!

Loved my Zagg for Note5 but this one popped off within a week and it makes using the touch screen difficult especially at the top of the phone. Also you must touch much harder.

The glass went onto the phone without any problems and looks great, but one corner did not fully seat and now I have to push harder in that area to activate items on the screen.
