My phone fell to a concrete floor--shield cracked, did not shatter, and the phone screen was not harmed at all. I would have liked the glass to adhere a bit better to the edges of the phone, but it certainly performed as represented in terms of protection for the screen.

2 stars because I haven't dropped my phone yet (at least not on a hard surface) or have had anything fall on it so I can't rate if it actually protects the phone screen from breakage. But I can rate based on the product description: "Its custom curved fit integrates with your device for a built-in look..." uh, NO - the screen's a bit thick, it literally sticks out. It also has lines down the sides so it takes away from the phone's edge-aesthetics. The lines are a bit annoying and it makes the screen seem narrower. The first screen seemed to "collect" a lot of lint, this may have been due to a bad application by the BB guy (this is actually my second screen). The 2nd screen doesn't collect as much lint, but it still looks dirty around the edges that's because it does not wrap completely around the screen and it does collect a lot of dust. "...and its precision touch sensitivity keeps the display smoothly responsive." uh, NO again - I have to press a little harder on the screen to open or navigate through applications or type text messages. "...The durable tempered glass material of this ZAGG InvisibleShield screen protector resists scratches and smudges." - STRIKE 3! - In addition to collecting lint, it LOVES smudges. I'm constantly wiping it clean. I love the Note 8, but I have to pull it out, wipe it clean, before I show it off. As for "resists scratches" I've gone out of my way to keep keys or anything sharp away from the phone so as not to tempt fate on that promise. I bought, paid full price, went through a bit of drama to replace the screen (never go to the GEEK guys!) because I really love my Note 8 and I thought I was buying a quality product. Big disappointment.

It protects but doesn't drag, feels like it's not there...

I followed the instructions and it was really easy to install, but one thing I noticed with it, it is harder to interact with my screen, seems to make it less sensitive to my touch. Also I got my phone dusty and I tried blowing the dust away and when I blew at an angle, seems like bubbles built really easily underneath it also pushing that dirty under. Also seems to nick easily, I thought they were small stain spots but they are nicks from small bumps to hard objects. The price is too high for what you are getting but I didn't have many options sadly.

I was recommended by the Samsung rep at the best buy store not to get this glass. He says because it did not work very well. I beg to differ I only had my phone for a few days and dropped it if I didn't have this glass my screen would have shattered. Best part is that as long as you own the phone they will give replacement free

Purchased this screen protector yesterday when I picked up my Note8 and had the Best Buy employee install it. Aesthetically, it looks fine. No problems there. After playing with the phone for a couple of hours, I was noticing the left side of my screen was not always registering touches. Searched online to see if there was an issue with my phone and discovered other people having the same problem and the screen protector seemed to be the culprit. Contacted ZAGG chat support and the agent told me it was probably not installed properly. I don't think that is the problem. It looks fine and I know the employee who installed it, but I'll play along. Asked the agent what the next step was and was told to register the product and submit a warranty claim. No problem, except they charge you to ship a replacement. So, $49.99 initially and after only one day, another $9.99 to get a new one in 7-10 days. That seems crazy, especially since a quick search online will show that there is universally something wrong with this particular screen protector and the Note8. I'm not exactly thrilled to be sent another of the same screen protector that might have the same issues. ZAGG has always been my go to for screen protectors, but this issue has soured me towards them.

Offers good protection but it seems to be less sensitive and especially while typing letters on the lower left of the screen.could just be me or the way it was installed. Fits pretty well.

Provides the needed protection, although it was a little pricey. Adheres well to the display but limits the sensitivity of the display. Thereby causing multiple taps and scrolling issues.

After only 2 weeks, the screen protector literally popped off. Not cracked at all, it came off entirely, like the sticky wore off. Not what I would expect for the cost you pay. And who wants to pay $9.99 every two weeks for a replacement! We use Zagg for our IPhones and never had any issue like this. Very disappointed with this one.

I had a much less expensive version on my Note 4 and one protector lasted the entire 2 1/2 years I had the phone. I haven't had my Note 8 a full month yet and there is already a crack in this protector. I have not dropped my phone or dropped anything on it. The only thing I can think of is that maybe it flexed a little in my pocket. I did register it, but I have not tried to claim the warranty on it yet, so I don't have an opinion on that yet, but you don't expect failure this quickly when you pay extra for the "best" protector.

I've used Zagg screen protectors and although they might have cracked, the screen hasn't. So it provides great protection against scratches, and accidental drops (although it might get scratched, etc.) I would suggest having the protector installed by Geek Squad, they are reasonably priced and will make it look perfect!

Have a Zagg on all my phones. Protects better than anything I have tried before.

Has lifetime guarantee. So far it has done it's job: protect my phone screen.

Great product!! I got into a car accident and my note 8 was found on the pavement beside my vehicle when I looked at the phone I figured the screen must have been done with. When I took a closer look and took the screen protector off to my surprise my phone was like nothing had happened to it! Love this!!!

First I want to start by saying I've bought zagg screen protectors in the past that worked amazing but this version did not live up to the hype. Yes it went on easy, yes it is curved... BUT the adhesive is only around the edges so it doesnt stick to the screen everywhere else therefore when you try to type or swipe or anything it takes really hard pressure to do anything and half the time you have to hit it more then once. Now onto the curve part of the screen...yes its curved but it doesnt reach the edges fully. The screen Protector doesnt fit the full screen at all. I do believe if I dropped my phone it would protect it but I cannot deal with not being about to tap and swipe and type easy. I tried to just deal with it but I could only go 8 hours before I had to take it off cause it took me forever to type anything. Overall I would have been fine if the adhesive was everywhere but since it wasn't I will be returning this item. Hope this review helps everyone.

An expensive cover to protect your phone's glass. It seems to work well.

The glass protector itself is great. It is a good amount of thickness where I feel my phone is protected and the S-Pen still works. The application on the side is pretty crummy, dirt has just collected under the edge which has rendered the edge feature pretty useless. I had not used it much before so I cannot really complain, but it is still an issue none the less.
