I had this installed at BB. It fell off the next day. Took it back, had it installed, it bubbled. Repeated this process at least 6 times within a month. They were able to get one on correctly. I loved it the two days it lasted until I cracked it after accidentally hitting it on a door frame. I finally gave up and took it back after they weren’t able to keep the bubbles out. When it was on properly, it did its job. Just putting it on correctly is a nightmare and nearly impossible.

While it fits great and know it will help protect if I drop my watch, it was really difficult to put on. I have so many "air pocket bubbles" and have tried everything to get rid of them. It's not an attractive look, and this wasn't cheap so I don't want to have to purchase another one at $40.

I got this for my Apple Watch, because it seemed pretty good from what the salesperson said and what the box says. However, the next morning from applying the screen protector it shattered, ( I was just doing some paperwork ). This screen protector was already pricy, but it makes no sense how it would shatter after, less than one day.

I have had 2 of these replaced by Zagg in the last 2 months even though i have not had any hard impact on the watch. What i believe happen is the edge gets caught and pulls the protector away from the watch and it shatters the protector. Over all functionality of the protector the sensitivity of the watch is only slightly affected by the protector and it is easy to install. The customer support from zags has been good the first replacement i got cost me7$ shipping and handeling the second replacement they are sending free of charge.

Had Best Buy install and it wasn’t installed right. There was a finger print under and the screen was slightly off center and cracked very quickly and easily. Thankfully the screen was registered and Zagg is sending a new one.

I very much like the fit of the screen protector. It’s just what I was looking for. Unfortunately upon application air bubbles got stuck and now the watch struggles to identify when I tap on certain spots

I have the shields for my iPhone and have never broke one. After a week I broke the first one. The replacement broke with in two weeks. Both times the shield broke at a corner. The look and fit are great.

It's a good screen protector. A little expensive. It easily lifts or snags on the sides. The glue is only in the area where the face of the watch is. Okay if you want that extra protection.

It’s a curved glass screen protector. It’s difficult to put in on without getting air bubbles in it. Had to apply twice and finally managed to get it bubble free. The screen sensitivity is reduced significantly with the glass too which makes swiping to different watch faces difficult because you really have to press into the edge to force it to read your touch input. Other than these two drawbacks, great product. Seamless and basically invisible.

Like the idea and look of this Zagg glass protector. Unfortunately, the Best Buy employer that installed this for my daughter left three air bubbles in it. He said they would go away. They did not, and the screen cracked as you would expect. Good news is the Zagg warranty. We registered the product and we were taken care of. Easy to make claim, and we received a new replacement protector. This time we installed it ourselves. Result was much better than the installation done by Best Buy, but we still had one small air bubble! It ended up getting bigger. Well, it cracked again. We opted to buy a different brand, and have had no issues since installing. Great warranty, but not satisfied with the product.

The shield broke when I accidentally dropped it. The watch was fine though. The screen is impossible to keep it from having bubbles.

I usually use Zagg screen protectors to protect my phones so I was glad to hear that zagg made a screen protector to protect my applewatch so I purchased it immediately. installation of the product was easy enough and it looks good on the watch. The only con is that the protector literally broke the next day at work. I'm glad that the protector ultimately protected my watch but it would've been nice if the protector lasted a bit longer..like longer than a day

Well so far I have no scratches on my screen after a few weeks. Of course it is extremely difficult to put on compared to other Zagg products. I sent in for warranty replacement the first week, as it didn’t seat well and cracked. I got the 2nd one seated better around the perimeter, but still have large air bubbles. I’m disappointed this is a Zagg product. Yes it protects, but I’d like a somewhat easier application. This was the 38, so maybe the larger one is easier to apply!?

Difficult to put on but worked pretty well. Screen is responsive while in use. Other protectors do not work nearly as well in that regard. Broke the first one in store (employee) putting it on. The screen cracked after two months when the watch was stepped on, carpeted floor.

Thankfully I paid the $8 to have the GeekSquad install this on my husband's brand new Apple Watch. The rep was working out a bubble and the first one shattered. The next 3 he pulled off the shelf had visible defects. We ended up getting a flappy plastic one (we were refunded the difference) but that lasted about a month. We went back to this one and paid to have it installed (again) and it so far has lasted.

I HAVE ALREADY REPLACED 3 OF THESES SCREEN PROTECTORS... 2 BROKE AND ONE JUST FELL OFF!

I wanted to protect my iwatch thoroughly, so I looked into how to do that. I purchased the Zagg overlay and am very happy with it. What I am disappointed in... is when I paid Best Buy to put it on I didn’t realize that they only cover their work for 48 hours. After 48 hours if bubbles appear they will try to get them off the screen but if they can’t... you are stuck with that look.

Yes there is a warranty but the protector itself cracks very easily.

At first I wasn’t a big fan of the black outline, it was very off putting but I got used to it quickly. Also it says it’s water proof but I think when it’s wet it’s weaker because mine caught on my bed while putting the sheets back on right after I finished hand washing the dishes and the corner snapped off. But, love that I have a warranty so I can replace it quick and easy!
